A spacious well equipped Villa with a private swimming pool, just seconds from the beach. We have 3 bedrooms for up to six people. Our villa is situated in Bahia de Arena, a beach-front private community of 20 houses with 24 hour security and 24 hour electricity.
We have the best location in Cabarete for kite boarding, wind surfing or just relaxing and enjoying your vacation. Cabarete is renowned for it's wind, a combination of trade winds and local thermal effect. The winds are stronger out on the reef away from the beach and gentler on the beach. Our house is shielded from the majority of the wind, leaving a gentle cooling breeze as you relax by the pool or sit, sipping drinks, in the shade on the veranda.
Cabarete town is just a short stroll to the east along the beach. The town is full of beach-front cafes, bars and restaurants, something to suit everyone from superb pizza to French cuisine. Dine on the beach in the moonlight.
There are also many other activities and tours that can be bought locally. These include mountain biking, white water rafting, superb local golf courses and Ocean World to name just a few.
If you come to relax, just sit by the pool surrounded by tropical plants and watch the humming birds sipping pollen from the flowers. Or sit on the beach-head and watch the kite surfers and wind surfers.
This a perfect and safe location for your family to enjoy the beach and Villa whilst you enjoy your sports. Surfing, sailing, Kite boarding Windsurfing or even some of the world-class Golf courses on the Dominican Republics North Coast.
