Located in the heart of Orange County, your home-away-from-home, provides easy access to area attractions including Disneyland, Knott's Berry Farm, Newport Beach, Huntington Beach, more than 20 golf courses, Hollywood, Los Angeles, Beverly Hills and much more. At 2 miles away, Disneyland is just a short ride by car, bus, Anaheim Resort Shuttle or taxi. For for the more adventurous family, a brisk walk will get you there in 20-30 minutes.
The home is equipped with beds for 12, and with air mattresses can accomodate 18, including linens, towels and beach towels. The kitchen is stocked with appliances, cookware, dishes and utensils. Enjoy a home cooked meal in the formal dining room, casual kitchen, or outdoors overlooking the pool. Put on a little music (features outdoor speakers for backyard tunes) or relax to the sounds of water pouring from the waterfalls.
Built with kids in mind, the Ultimate SoCal Vacation Home's kid friendly features include a quite cul-de-sac, large grassy front yard, and child-proof locking motorized pool cover. That's right mom and dad, let the kids play in the gated backyard without worry, they're completely safe from the pool and street.

- Air Conditioning: Newly installed (March '09) central air conditioner and heater. Plus ceiling fans and osciliating fans in all bedrooms, windows open to catch nice breezes as well.
- Washer: You'll find a full size washing machine and dryer.
- Dryer
- Linens Provided: All the necessary linens including bathing towels, pool/beach towels, wash cloths, pillow cases and sheets for the number of guests/beds in your group are provided.
- Garage: This Garage is not for parking. Instead we use it for ping pong (table tennis), the shuffleboard table, the electronic dart board, DVD player, VCR and television. A fun, safe place for the kids to hang out.... parents o.k too!
- Off Street Parking: Driveway can accomodate up to three cars
- Parking for RV/Boat/Trailer: Driveway can accomodate 1 family-sized boat/trailer (with no cars) when parked sideways.

- King Bed: The home features one king-sized bed in the master bedroom.
- Queen Bed (3) : There is one queen bed in the first guest bedroom, as well as two queen air matresses with linens and pillows available by request.
- Bunk Bed (2) : There are two sets of twin bunk beds with gaurd rails in the larger guest bedroom which sleep up to 4, and up to 8 with two air mattresses wedged in for kids!
- Convertible Bed (2) : Two full sized sofa sleepers are in the living room, each comfortably sleep 2 people. One full sized futon bed is also in the game room with the pool table.
- Crib: One "pack and play" for the smallest guests is always available, additional are available upon request.

- Refrigerator: Large stainless steel Kenmoore fridge with double doors and pull out freezer drawer.
- Dishwasher: Let's keep the dishwashing down to a minimum, we put in the over-sized dishwasher to help.

- No Pets Allowed: Sorry, to help ensure maximum comfort of all of our guests we cannot accept pets.
- Kid Friendly: Motorized childproof pool cover with locking keypad in a large gated backyard. In front there is a large grassy yard on a quiet cul de sac. There are plenty of kids toys and games for all ages.
- Minimum Age Limit for Renters: Mimimum age for renters is 25 years old.
- Smoking Not Allowed: Smoking permitted in front and back yards ONLY. No "buts" or "butts" please.
