Gulf-Front, luxury, 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom unit. You won’t want to leave after spending some time enjoying the amazing views on this huge balcony. Being on the fourteenth floor has its advantages…it’s a great view to spot marine life!
This low density building only has 3 units per floor – so you won’t have kids running up and down the halls at this unit. The building has a pool, sauna and steam room. Not to mention this unit has a parking space right under the building on P1.
The pictures shown are of the actual unit. No check-in surprises. We would love for you to stay in our comfortable and family friendly unit. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom. This unit features TWO master bedrooms – that’s right two! Both Master bedrooms have king size beds and have direct access to the balcony. The third bedroom has a queen size bed and the fourth bedroom has two twin beds. And if that’s not enough space for your guests to sleep – the living room sofa pulls out!
The kitchen is nicely equipped for cooking meals. The dining room table will seat 8 and the bar seats 4. Or you can enjoy your meals outside on the balcony! If you’ll be staying for an extended time – you can wash your clothes in the front loader washer and dryer in the unit.
Need some place to go when the afternoon rain showers kick you off the beach? No problem! Relax inside while watching the HUGE TV in the living room or surf the web with our free wireless internet. You can easily telecommute from this unit – pared with the wireless internet is free local and long distance calls (US & Canada).
Pier Park is a mere 3 miles away. Everything is there. Do a little shopping, see a movie or check out some of the great restaurants.
We have a keyless entry system which is great for large parties. Everyone can know the code and you don’t have to worry about shuffling 2 keys between multiple people. This also allows us to accept last minute rentals – we accept most credit cards – and will allow us to give you immediate access to the unit.
We would love to have you stay in our condo for a weekend, week or month(s). Repeat renters will receive a discount! This unit is managed by the owners and will work with you to make your visit to the beach great and affordable.

From the looking to the booking to the refund of deposit we have nothing but Great time was had by all experience. Beautiful condo with all the bells and whistles, not to mention the view was awesome. Will definatly pass the word and recommend to friends and family.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, sightseeing, families with teenagers, girls getaway.
