Our Ocean Edge condo is clean, family-friendly and has been lovingly maintained. The condo features 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, golf course view, bright and airy cathedral ceilings, games, books, CDs and lots of DVDs for kids, furnished outdoor deck and grill. Full cable TV with DVD/VCR in Master bedroom and living room. Full broadband/internet service - bring your laptop and plug in!! Also includes all linens and towels, a fully supplied kitchen, stereo & Iphone/Ipod dock, TV/VCR/DVD in living room, queen bed in Master bedroom, 1 Bunk bed and 1 Twin bed in second bedroom, 1 inflatable mattress and 1 Pack & Play.
We do several renovations/upgrades each year to keep the condo fresh - recent upgrades include new sofa, end tables and club chair in living room, TV cabinet in master BR, new ipod/iphone dock, new dishwasher, washer/dryer, HW kitchen flooring and new lighting fixtures.
INCLUDES ACCESS TO TENNIS COURTS - ACCESS TO POOLS REQUIRES ADD'L FEE DIRECTLY TO THE RESORT - $40/ADULT/WEEK, $25/CHILD/WEEK, OR $25/ADULT/DAY, $10/CHILD/DAY. THIS FEE IS NEW FOR 2011.
Our guests receive full access to Ocean Edge Resort's tennis courts and 4 pools, but not the golf course or beach, which the Resort has turned into a private course. Captains Course, with 36 holes located in Brewster, is superior and located 5 minutes from condo.

We bought our condo in 2004 and have performed upgrades each year to keep the condo, furniture and amenities new and fresh. Since that time, we have successfully rented the condo each summer and have experienced great satisfaction from guests each year that have enjoyed the condo.
