Sit on our patio couch and chairs, open the french doors to the Game Room and watch TV, DVD's or listen to music from the patio or swimming pool! The 52" Plasma Samsung TV mounted on the wall pulls out and swivels so you can watch TV/Movies from the Patio, Kitchen or Game Room. In addition, there are premium Boston Acoustic speakers Indoors, Polk Audio speakers Outdoors so the sound of the TV or music is great!!
Our home is located near the Thunderbird Mountain Reserve. Great for hiking, picnics, bird watching and beautiful Sonoran Desert sunsets. Close to Peoria Sports Complex, Cardinals Stadium, Arrowhead Mall, Westgate, many family fun attractions and restaurants in a quiet, low traffic area of Arrowhead Ranch.
* GAME ROOM features a premium Connelly pool table upgraded with premium felt,bumper, sticks and Aramith balls, board games to choose from, fireplace, comfy seating. Open the french doors and enjoy the sound of rushing water from the waterfall!!

* LIVING ROOM features a flat screen high def flatscreen TV, Harmon-Kardon surround sound stereo system, Nintendo wii with games to choose from and a number of DVD's and CD's. Also, a work station with PC computer (high speed internet) and printer
* THREE BEDROOMS all have TV's with Direct TV. Master bedroom has a King size Copenhagen bed, double sink in the bathroom and walk-in closet. The two guest rooms have Queen size beds.
* BACKYARD has a sparkling pebble tec pool complete with waterfall fountain feature, and in ground cleaning system. The waterfall fills the backyard with the sounds of rushing water. Also featuring a picnic table, outdoor fire pit, comfy couch, chairs and table, mini-fridge, hammock, gas BBQ grill, charcoal grill, grass, mature shade trees and RV gate.

Why the Owner Chose Glendale
The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful!! The Thunderbird Mountain Reserve is all around us. We are close to shopping and freeways. Arrowhead is a fairly new area, the malls and restaurants are unique and very nice. We love the town of Glendale. It has grown and there are new outdoor shopping malls that have unique restaurants, night-clubs, shopping, live acoustic music on Saturday nights, and things for kids to do all year long.
The Unique Benefits at this House
We stay at our home in Glendale whenever we get the chance!! Our favorite thing to do is curl up on the outdoor couch with the french doors open wide and listen to music, watch TV or movies. We are in the pool all summer long!! We play music on the outdoor speakers and just lounge. In the colder months we light a fire in the fireplace, sit outside and watch it burn. In the morning we sit at the kitchen table with our coffee, open the windows and turn the news on in the Game room. We truly love this house. We have worked very hard to make it very comfortable and accommodating for our guests!!

We love Arizona and call it home. We have been renting our house as a vacation rental for a few years now and love doing it!! We enjoy providing a place for family and friends to gather and create memories. We love meeting all the people that stay in our home.
Robert is a Pharmacist and has been for about 6 years. He loves what he does! He was born and raised in California. He loves the Arizona sunshine and beautiful weather all year round, it allows him to hike, skateboard, swim and snowboard.
Mandy is a native to Arizona, one of the few!! She does the booking for the house rental. Growing up here she has seen it change drastically, she enjoys going to Lake Pleasant every summer, swimming and boating, shopping at Westgate and the Shops at Happy Valley.
