Beautiful, NEW, contemporary Greek style home with stunning, 180 degree unobstructed ocean and dramatic mountain views. Fabulous stone deck/balcony for entertaining, and al-fresco dining. Outdoor living at its best! Minutes from the famous Malibu Colony with a great selection of restaurants, shopping and world-class beach activities.
Located on a cul-de-sac street overlooking Latigo Bay, Point Dume and Solstice Canyon, 4 minutes to the beach and very close to the most pristine swimming beaches in all of Southern California. This is a very romantic setting!
Enter through our archway, which frames a view of the sea and the Channel Islands. Travel down our quartz stone steps to a sweeping Balcony below. The view is spectacular making it a great home for entertaining indoors and out. Our fabulous deck is the place for having a glass of wine at sunset and a moonlight dinner. During the day, our super-soft double chaise lounge is perfect for reading, relaxing and enjoying the view.
Decorated with large paintings and an eclectic mix of Moroccan, Asian and Contemporary design. Our gourmet Kitchen features all stainless appliances, and blue Caesarstone countertops. The open architecture includes a Dining Room with a large Moroccan dining table. The kitchen and dining open onto a Living Room with a large HD-LCD TV and Tivo complete with all the channels, HBO, SHOWTIME, ESPN, etc. and Wi Fi. Our living room flows onto the deck with another large Moroccan dining table. There is also a smoker/barbecue, large umbrella and outdoor furniture.
Downstairs are (2) Bedrooms with spectacular views.
A large Master Bedroom suite with wonderful views, walk in closet and Master Bath with large oval tub. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and an antique Indian cabinet.
Enjoy star watching from our Hot Tub. Watch paragliding over the Malibu Bluffs. Hiking trails start just outside the front door and lead through the Santa Monica Mountains, including the renowned Solstice Canyon Park with miles of trails, grottos and waterfalls. Mountain Bikes Available. Be on a first name basis with Red-Tail Hawks and deer.

I had the pleasure of staying at Santorini in Malibu for a week. What a lovely property! The reality definitely lived up to the description and the pictures – It really was like being on a Greek island! The feeling of being in the midst of nature while actually only a 10 minute drive from Malibu made the property perfect for my use as a spiritual and writing retreat. The only caveat I would add is that there are a lot of stairs in and around the property, so that might be something someone with small children or with difficulty walking might want to bear in mind. I wholeheartedly recommend Santorini in Malibu and I look forward to staying there again in the future!Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, girls getaway, pet owners, romantic getaway.

Hiking to the the Solstice Canyon waterfalls. Eating at Taverna Tonys. If you're a cyclist or motorcyclist the backbone trail is extraordinary and the canyon roads are world class. Bird watching from the outdoor deck. Sleeping under the stars and sun bathing on the outdoor deck.
