  I just made our reservation for this year and wanted to leave feedback from my previous stays. This will be our 3rd time renting this condo . This is the largest condo we have ever rented and is always clean and well equipped for our vacation. The bedrooms and baths are large and we never feel crowded. The views from the balcony are amazing. We would definitely recommend this unit to our family and friends. Our family is already excited about staying at Splash again this year.

  Recommended for: Adventure seekers, tourists without a car, families with young children, girls getaway.

  Everything was very nice at the Resort itself. Super great for children. The room that we actually stayed in needs some updating. A little worn. But overall, very nice and clean. I was a little concerned about being on the 21st floor but it was actually absolutely beautiful.

  This Place was awesome. My husbamd and I took our 17 year old daughter, 4 of her friends, and our 2 younger children to PC for her senior spring break. We lived like royalty for a week. The condo was so spacious that no one got in the others way. It was so clean and had everything we needed. Upon arival we were able to meat Mr. David (the owner) and he answered all the Questions we had and made us feal so welcome, as if we were old friends. Unfortiontaly, we were unable to meat Mrs. Carla(his wife) she was so helpfull in our making our resivorations. I must have called her 20 times before we ever left. They are verry sweet people, they even called us a couple of days into our stay to check on us and see if there was anything they could do to make our stay better. Which was not even possable. The photos do not even do it justice. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms heavenly, And the view from the kitchen is awesome. Even doing the dishes wasn't a choore. The balconey was also breathtaking. Its well worth the money. Thank you Mrs. Carla and Mr. David.you have made a friend and customer for life. I'll send all my friends your way. God bless you both.

  I just wanted to say your unit is Fantastic!! We loved it. We felt right at home. It was very clean, spacious, it had all the comforts of home. There was me & my husband in one room, my father-in-law & son in the other bedroom and 5 girls in the bunk-room. (They had a blast) The view was phenomenal. We couldn't ask for a better sunset. At night the full moon and a million stars lit the skies and the sweet comforting sound of the waves crashing along the shore made bed-time very soothing. The kids had fun swimming, collecting shells & crabs, wave running, playing at the arcade. I highly recommend your home and look forward to our next vacation because we will definitely be back.

  We had a very wonderful stay. The unit had gorgeous views to match the upgraded decor. The bedrooms were huge in comparison to most that we have stayed in. The resort amenities are wonderful too, especially the quality of beach service and pool area. However, the selling point here is the excellent customer service provided by the owners. They were more than Great!!!! We will definitely be repeat clients.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

  We stayed for a week this spring at Splash. The condo accomodated my family and my sister's family very well. The kid's enjoyed the bunkroom and the adults enjoyed not having to share their bath with the kids. The condo was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. We would definitely recommend this condo at Splash.

  The condo was clean and well equipped. The only thing was that I did not realize the "bunk room" was not a true bedroom and was not adequate for a family. Because the other rooms were large we managed to sleep everyone comfortably.

  Recommended for: Families with young children.

  Owner response: I am sorry that it did not suit her family's needs. As an owner, I am not aware of her sleeping requirements, but she should have read the ad more closely to see if it met her needs. The 3rd bedroom is a bunkroom as advertised. It is NOT a hallway bunk area. It has a bunkbed with two twin beds on one side and a double bed with a twin bunk on the other side. It has it's own bathroom and a door.

  Our family stayed a week in July. The condo was larger than we expected. Very well decorated and supplied with everything, even WiFi, we needed. The view from the balcony was awesome! We would definitely rent this condo again. The only downside was that we had to leave.
