This luxury two storey 4 bedroom villa is located in the community of Silver Creek, about one mile north of highway 192 on Highway 27.
Conveniently situated just over 10 minutes from Disney, the villa is only a short drive from all the major attractions such as Sea World and Universal Studios and is easily accessible from both Orlando and Sandford international airports.
Full air conditioning is complemented by ceiling fans throughout for extra comfort. The exquisitely furnished accommodation comprises four bedrooms, two of which have large ensuite bathrooms. All bedrooms have walk-in wardrobes and they are all situated on the first floor to ensure complete privacy from the ground floor living area.
On the ground floor, the large fully tiled living space leads to the covered patio and private pool. Amenities include a color television, a DVD player and a suite with a queen sleeper sofa, offering extra sleeping accommodation. There is a separate dining room with table and chairs.
A fully equipped modern kitchen has all the features you would expect that is, oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with icemaker and all the utensils you will need. A breakfast bar with stools provides an additional eating area. A laundry room contains a washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities.
Outside, your own private swimming pool, 24 by 15 feet, is enhanced with the addition of a jacuzzi and is fully screened with underwater lighting. Quality poolside furniture is provided and the pool area has the benefit of a child safety fence, if required.
The villa is registered, licensed and professionally managed. The management company is available to assist on any matter and we invite you to avail yourself of their services either by phone or in person at the office a few minutes away on Highway 192.

We stayed here 12-25-2011 thru 1-4-12 and enjoyed every minute of it. I recommend it if you are going to the Disney Parks.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, sightseeing, families with young children.

To anyone interested in this vacation rental As being a 'vacation rental by owner virgin', I found the whole experience great and almost too simple. The owner and his property mngr. were very honest and accommodating. We arrived late and were happily surprised to find the lights and A/C on, awaiting our arrival. The whole house was clean and nicely furnished. Also, the pool was super clean and snce it was the middle of June, no pool heat was necessary. The added entertaiment of the resident cranes was great. As to the location; we visited Universal, Busch Gardens, Sea World Aquatica and also drove over to Cocoa Beach and Daytona. We were centrally located to all of these. Also with a Wal Mart just around the corner. It was soooo nice to come home to this villa after a long day and have some peace and quiet and privacy. (No crowded hotel pool here!!!) I would rent this home again, no questions asked!!!

We are constantly upgrading the facilities at the villa to suit all expectations as the villa itself is in a prime location for those Disney visits, several times a day if wanted. The community of Silver Creek is probably one of the most carefully tended communities in Orlando with a Homeowners Association which could well be the most active in the whole of Orlando with regard to the care of the villas and the whole community.
