I stayed here over a weekend for a girls weekend with my sister and some friends. The condo was great! There was plenty of room for all of us, it was clean, and you cannot beat the view! I was impressed by all the items in the kitchen: plates, glasses, anything you would need to cook with. This area is definitely family friendly, but also relaxing and peaceful for anyone older. The beach at Sea Colony had a lot of lifeguards and was very clean. The pools were nice as well. Overall, we had a wonderful time and I am so glad we stayed in this condo. The owner is also very nice. I would recommend this condo. Great for a relaxing beach weekend or week!
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children.

We recently returned from Sea Colony and this unit which we have rented twice now. Of our five times in Sea Colony, we have enjoyed this property the most because of a) the third bedroom which has beds for four therefore no need to use the living area as a bedroom and b) the owner who is so easy to deal with and is always available to answer questions and handles everything in an extremely professional manner. We will try to rent this unit next year if we can decide on a week before it's too late.
