The main floor has a bright, open floor plan with an expansive great room/kitchen/dining area all focused to the back. Just off the great room everyone can relax on the open deck or inside the enclosed sunroom. Additionally, on the first floor, there is a separate living room with a fireplace, a bedroom/office with a queen-sized bed and an adjacent full bath.
The second floor has 2 large bedrooms, which share a full bath, along with a master bedroom. The master suite has a king-sized bed with a private balcony just off the sitting area.
This cozy home is well-suited for families with children. The house is supplied with many toys, books, games, a basketball net, and particularly for the young ones: baby gates, a highchair, and a pack-n-play.
