11TH FLOOR AND 17TH FLOOR OCEAN FRONT CONDOS - 2 BEDROOMS, 2 BATHROOMS.
The master bedroom opens to an extra large spacious balcony overlooking the gulf. The balcony has 2 chaise lounge chairs along with a table and four chairs. The master has a queen bed, the 2nd bedroom has 2 double beds, and the sofa lets out to make a double bed. The master bedroom has a 32' television with a dvd player and the second bedroom has a plasma television. There is also a 32' television in the living room with a dvd player. We have free internet service.
There is over 1,100 square feet in our condo. You can relax or sunbathe outside on the private deck or down on the white sandy beach. There's also an outdoor grilling area. There are many family friendly things to do very nearby: waterpark, zoo, maze, marine zoo, canoeing and deep sea fishing. We are very close to grocery stores (Wal-Mart is less than a block away), shopping, theater, bowling, skating rink and many restaurants. There are many golf courses to choose from. Check out the newly built, now open Pier Park- many shops and restaurants to choose from (many with outside dining).
Our building is only 2 years old, it has only 125 units with 200' on the beach. We have 2 pools (one is seasonally heated) with a oversized hot tub.
We're located at 10625 Front Beach Road, near Wal-Mart, Publix, Ripley's, Pineapple Willy's restaurant, and near Coconut Creek Maze and Putt-Putt. There is an icecream shop right across the street. There is plenty of parking,covered and uncovered underneath the bldg and across the street, with a covered walkover.

There are many great hotels/condos on Panama City beach, but we're so glad we chose the Ocean Villa Resort. You can't beat their location in the heart of main St. and the condo is very spacious and beautifully decorated, with granite counter tops in the kitchen and bathrooms. The unit has a very large decks with ocean views. The staff were all very friendly and helpful too. When we return to Panama City Beach I will definitely stay here again.
Recommended for:People with disabilities, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.
