  This was more than expected. We arrived late in the evening and we easily found our way right to the property and the unit. An easy trip from the airport, we ran into some delay with road construction and we still made it in about 1 hour(without traffic it's just over 30 minutes). The unit is well furnished, and we found the condiments, spices and various other items in the kitchen a welcome find late at night after a lengthy trip, enough to provide a bedtime snack for the kids. When we awoke in the morning I was surprised at the view, as the ocean breeze greeted us when we opened the huge sliding glass door. I don't know why there isn't a picture looking out from inside the unit to the ocean but you will not be disappointed. The grass area outside tends to be a bit wet from the sprinklers (might be something to mention to the manager) but still ideal to send the kids outside and run. The pool is close by and generally not very heavily used, so it is nice to get up and lounge. Once we got to know a few of the families around, the kids had several groups to play with and that would be the busiest the area would get. We used the BBQ's at the pool mostly, but the BBQ at the unit is good as well if you don't want the bother of packing your stuff up with you. There is plenty of equipment for recreation in the garage, and as I said the Ocean is your backyard. The small "private" beach allows easy access to snorkeling and fishing as well as views of the whales and dolphins. And the sunsets should probably be mentioned as well. Finally if you want dry weather, this is the side of the island for you, we had two days of rain in the month and some of the locals said it was more than usual. We have already recommended this place to several of our friends. We hope to be able to go back one day ourselves!

  Just perfect! Really! Our family ranged from retired to infant and everyone had a super time. VERY clean. VERY well maintained. LOTS of amenities. Close to beaches and pool. You can hear the ocean and watch the sunset. Just perfect. Maybe the BEST family vacation we have enjoyed..Aloha, Lacy!!

  Amazing! This property is FULLY furnished (beyond FULLY furnished). We literally walked in the door and could start enjoying our vacation. There are too many kids' toys to count which made the beach and pool so much fun. We swam with sea turtles that live 200 yards away, and the sunsets were spectacular. There was lots of room for kids to run around safely in the "yard". Very clean inside and out, beautiful linens, plenty of cooking basics like spices, condiments, and even food in the pantry and freezer to get us started. We cannot say enough about this beautiful home. Thank you!

  This review is a year and a half overdue. My apologies for not getting a chance to write this earlier. A lot has happened back home since our vacation. The whole experience of renting this beautiful condo from beginning to end was most memorable. Being it was the first time I've ever rented a condo online I was a little scared but Lacy made the whole experience easy and stress free. Communication with phone calls and emails were excellent. Lacy was very accommodating to some of our special requirements/requests. I've vacationed to Hawaii over a dozen times and by far this condo has been the best place I've ever stayed at. My husband and I are use to the hotels on Waikiki beach. This was the first time we went as a family, our party of five. At the time my oldest was 16, my little girl was 3 and my baby boy was almost 2. My daughter had her own room, the two little ones slept in another that had a TV with a selection of DVD's and many toys for the kids to play with. The grassy area was perfect for the kids to run around and my little girl learned to do somersaults. The area was nice and quiet and we were all able to have some fun and a lot of relaxation. We walked to the cove a few times where we laid out without being crowded. I love how secure, secluded and safe this condo was for me and my family. This condo was just perfect for our first Hawaiian Family vacation! We would love to come back here again for our future vacations to Hawaii. The condo was so clean and the perfect size for our family. We did our best to leave it as clean as it was when we got there. We even laundered the towels, did the dishes, swept the floors, and made the beds before we left. We treated it as we do our own home. Thank you Lacy for such a great experience and for providing this rental for families looking for a beautiful and quiet place to relax. My girls always talk about how much fun they had in your condo. My little girl still thinks it's our second home. She thinks that the Excalibur Hotel in Las Vegas is also our second home. =) We hope to rent your condo again in the near future.   Absolutely beautiful! There is a reason that they call it Paradise. The house was very clean, well equipped and beautifully decorated. Our family had such a great time in July/August. We will definitely be staying here again. The garage was equipped with bikes that we could use and every beach toy possible. Great home Lacy.

  We stayed in this condo for a month. It was super comfortable,clean and ever so well equipped and situated in an ideal spot. Close enough to view the ocean,whale watching and sunsets and just far enough back to be super safe for our active 2 1/2 year old grandson. Highly recommend this unit. It was PARADISE but became Utopia when Lacy and Clint so graciously allowed us to get a BBQ for their lanai. Lagoon #3 became a favourite as well as the private cove located in Ko'Olina. Mahalo for letting us share your home and I hope that our paths will cross again in the future!....Wendy

  We spent twelve days in your Condo at Kia La with our Son, Daughter Inlaw and their three children. It is a beautiful place. Lots of room and very well equipped for a vacation on the beach. Thank you Don & Fay

  This place is just as described! It's absolutely gorgeous! We felt very comfortable here, and it has all of the amenities needed for an awesome vacation in Hawaii. Kapolei is so nice and relaxing, the area is safe and gated. I would highly recommend this place to all of my family & friends. It's very clean and is well maintained. You will not be disappointed by this place. It was our home away from home! We can't wait to come back!

  Full marks for this condo! Great location - 3 or 4 minute walk to the ocean with a small private beach and rocky edge for some fishing. 3 minute drive to the 4 lagoons in the Ko Olina Resort area - perfect area to swim for little ones. Owners are great to deal with, absolutley no problems whatsoever. Great communication with NO false leads at all. Condo well stocked from paper towel and sandwich bags right down to pillows and kids toys. Unit very clean - not an ounce of dirt upon arrival. Our favorite things were the patio/green space and the use of in house washer and dryer. Would stay again! Thanks alot, the Millers
