This gorgeous, approximately 1,500 square foot large 3 bedroom condo features a master bedroom with jetted tub & separate large shower, with balcony access and prime beach views. The great room has a spectacular balcony with expansive views of the beach and gulf. Our condo has excellent views of the coastline east and west.
The condo has been professionally decorated by a local designer. Two master suites with king size beds, third bedroom has day bed with a trundle bed plus a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The patio is complete with table, 4 chairs & chaise lounge. Dining inside seats 10 guests, at table and breakfast bar.
Our condominium offers a complete gourmet-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, 400 +count linens, plush towels, and breathtaking views from the living room and bedroom balcony. Additional upgrades such as granite kitchen and bathroom counters, designer fans, hair dryer, full washer/dryer, three televisions, DVDs -make this condo a home away from home.
Guests can utilize the fitness center, pools (heated seasonally), covered parking and summer kids club.
'Grandview West' is conveniently located near grocery stores, Walmart, restaurants (Pineapple Willy's is a close walk on the beach), golf courses, movie theatres, family activities such as miniature golf, go-carting and arcades. Many activities are within walking distance.

We're originally from New Orleans and loved going to the Florida Panhandle as a young family. In 1990, we moved to Texas and have missed the beaches in Florida. We've dreamed of our home on the beach since we were newlyweds, and were finally able to buy it a few years ago. With the addition of a new grandbaby in 2009, we are even more excited to create new traditions with her and our nieces and nephews. Our best family moments are here on the beautiful beaches on the Panhandle. This has been our dream come true.
Why the Owner Chose Grandview West at Long Beach
We had a Florida home on our dream board for years, and a Realtor sent an email about a condo in Panama City Beach and the new airport. Two weeks later, we jumped on a plane and looked at every condo in the $400K - $600K price range, and once we saw 901 in Grandview West, it was "love at first sight." We were tired of looking at "popcorn" ceilings, walking through massive parking garages, and waiting for crowded elevators to take us to our floor. Grandview West was great with close parking, only 45 units for easy access, and this corner unit blew us away. The quality interior, granite counters in kitchen & baths, higher ceilings, and huge bathroom and master closet made us feel like we were home. And we liked that it was a newer building, close to many activities.
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
The beach is outstanding, and the views of the Gulf wildlife will take your breath away: Stingray, schools of fish, dolphin. In high season, the motorized sports are steps away, and the volleyball court is always fun to watch. Being on the 9th floor, I had reservations about the height, but now that I've experienced the views of wildlife not seen on lower floors, it is worth it. Plus, there is only one floor above ours and it consists of the two penthouses. Our floor has higher ceilings, and it really makes a difference! We have a favorite restaurants list that we share with our guests, and it would take months to get through our list. The condo is close to everything, walking distance to the new county pier and Pineapple Willy's, and driving distance to Pier Park.
