If you haven't experienced the beach in a corner condo with lots of windows & higher ceilings, you're in for a treat! You won't be disappointed with the expansive views here, and very few condos in this building or in PCB offer 9'+ ceilings and corner location, maximizing the spacious feel & east/west views!
Well-appointed & professionally decorated home is perfect for a couple, or up to 6 friends and family for ultimate comfort.
This gorgeous, approximately 1,500 square foot large 3 bedroom condo features a master bedroom suite with jetted tub & separate large shower, balcony access and prime beach views. Two suites have king size beds, third bedroom has day bed with a trundle bed.
The condo has a keyless entry system, easy check-in, check-out with no lines and hassles, or inconvenient keys or keycards. Deal directly with owner instead of a large management company. Low density complex, just 45 units, is convenient with no long waits for elevators! Volleyball and beach activities, including water motor sports, are within steps! A new palapa has been added in 2010 on the beach!
Our condominium offers a well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, 400 +count linens, plush towels, and breathtaking views from the living room and bedroom balcony. Additional upgrades such as granite kitchen and bathroom counters, designer fans, hair dryer, full washer/dryer, three televisions, DVD players -make this condo a home away from home.
Grandview West features one of the largest beachfronts in the area. Guests can utilize the fitness center, pools (heated seasonally), and covered parking. Conveniently located near grocery stores, Walmart, restaurants (Pineapple Willy's is a close walk on the beach), golf courses, movie theatres, family activities such as miniature golf, go-carting and arcades. Many activities are within walking distance.

The Unique Benefits at this Condo
The beach is outstanding, and the views of the Gulf wildlife will take your breath away: Stingray, schools of fish, dolphin. In high season, the motorized sports are steps away, and the volleyball court is always fun to watch. Our floor has higher ceilings, and more windows since it is on the corner. We have a favorite restaurants list that we share with our guests. The condo is close to everything, walking distance to the new county pier and Pineapple Willy's, and driving distance to Pier Park. This condo is our second home that we rent in summer when we are not using it, and we want our guests to enjoy it as a second home as well. We do not rent to the "party crowd" to maintain the quality of the furnishings and amenities.

We're originally from New Orleans and loved going to the Florida Panhandle as a young family. In 1990, we moved to Texas and have missed the beaches in Florida. We've dreamed of our home on the beach since we were newlyweds, and were finally able to buy it a few years ago. We enjoy making new memories with the kids, nieces, nephews, and grandbaby in the "new" Panama City Beach!

Shared this condo with another family, mid-June. This unit was quite spacious, well decored with an amazing corner view & easy access to the beach. Quiet condo, clean building, covered parking, 2 cold pools, & loved having the convenience of a washer/dryer! Central location to all PCB's hot spots, a lot within walking distance. Pictures DO NOT do this condo justice. Owners were very friendly & awesome with lines of communication. We are very thankful for such ease with renting that we hope to make this a yearly spot!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We have stayed here multiple times and each time it has been amazing! This condo makes you feel like you are at a 5 star resort. The bright furnishings are exquisite and the views of that powdery "sugar" sand are the best. Literally, the beach is right below you and could not be any closer! This place has better views than most due to it's corner location and massive windows. Comfortable beds which include a king bed in one of the secondary bedrooms make for a comfortable stay for everyone. Because of it's location, you can watch the stingrays glide up and down the beach right off the balcony. You will love this place!

My husband and I have stayed at this condo on three different occassions. We just love it, if feels like home to us. The location is great with easy beach access to prime beach area. Also well located for evening entertainments. This is the best condo we have stayed in and better than most hotels. I plan to visit again.

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo in Grandview West. Everything was just as promised. I can't think of one negative comment regarding our stay except I wish it didn't have to end! Great place! Thanks Steve
