This property lies on Filucy Bay - a southeast bay of the Puget Sound area: a short hour from route 101 and the famous scenic Olympic Drive, about two hours from Seattle; forty-five minutes from Tacoma. Spectacular views of Filucy Bay and Mount Rainier from the deck that runs the length of the house and from the balcony coming off the master bedroom upstairs.
Recently renovated, the house has spectacular views of Mt. Rainier and the water just below the house. (a short stairway takes you down to the shore.) Key Center, with its delicatessen, hardware and grocery stores, bank, restaurant and other amenities provides opportunities for a full shopping experience.
Boating trips to nearby Anderson and Eagle Islands where one can go clamming, crabbing, camping, and exploring can be arranged. Penrose State Park is a twenty-minute drive away and the local roads are pleasant walking and biking areas.
