This 18th Floor condo is one if the highest in Ariel Dunes II and has the views to prove it. Great views of the Gulf, the Lake and even the Bay from the front. Solid travertine and granite flooring throughout the entire unit. We love Destin and this unit is being furnished with our family and discriminating clients in mind. We have repeatedly been told by the staff at Ariel Dunes and Seascape that ours are the nicest units in the building, and they book their own friends and family in our condos. I stayed in this condo in August 2007. It was breathtaking! The view from the balcony, the furniture in the entire place was beautiful. The facility was clean, and well-maintained. The staff was very friendly. I love the fact that the facility has its own gym and heated pool. It's also located across the street from the beach. Although we spent some time enjoying the sites in the city, my favorite time was spent just relaxing, watching the plasma screen TV in either of the rooms. I look forward to staying here again very soon. I would recommend it for couples with or without kids because there is plenty of privacy for everyone.
