This waterfront camp features new carpet, new four ton Trane central air and heat, washer and dryer, huge family room with sofa, love seat, several recliners, and TV/DVD/VCR/satellite and CD-Stereo, 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths and a fully equipped kitchen.

It sleeps ten to twelve as follows: Master bedroom with one King bed, second bedroom with two bunk beds (four twins), third Bedroom with two bunk beds (four twins), family room has a sofa sleeper (double). There is a large covered patio for barbequing or just hanging out. Both a gas Barbeque Pit and a Charcoal pit are provided as well as a fish fryer and crawfish boiling pots and burner. There is a pier for fishing, crabbing, and docking your boat or jet ski.
