Ww arrived on Friday 2-15-13 and stayed for two weeks. The Condo was very clean, and the kitchen was extremely well furnished. Every thing you could need. Thursday before we left there was a huge fire works show, seen great from the lanai. Almost like our farewell to the most beautiful island. The weather was great, a little windy, but we loved ever minute of out time here. we went to Mahi's Beer Batter Fish and Chips. The absolute best Fish Taco I have ever had. Meet the owners, found out they were friends of yours. Robert very much enjoyed the golf, very challenging with the wind. We enjoyed the Lava Lave Beach, best of three beaches we went to.

I have stayed on the Big Island and most of the other Hawaiian islands several times over the last 15 years. This unit is one of the best I have stayed at. Very well appointed with a full kitchen of appliances and utensils to a comfy bed and comfortable couch. The lanai is fantastic. The condo even had all soaps, beach towels and coolers. I highly recommend this unit to anybody interested. I will be letting the rest of my family and friends know. I will be back.

We recently stayed at Jeff and Patti’s condo for a fantastic four week period over the holiday season, and I must say the condo was everything, and more. On arriving, we found the third floor condo spotless and the kitchen fully equipped with all the necessities needed for our stay, including blender, toaster, a large fridge with water and icemaker, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, pots, pans, dishes, glassware and silverware. Additional pillows and plenty of towels were also provided. The spacious master bedroom has a huge bathroom and walk in closet, and plenty of drawer space. TV’s in both bedrooms and the living room. The Lanai sported a great Thermador BBQ where the majority of our cooking was done. The Lanai faces north and offered shade throughout the day, a respite after spending hot days at the local beaches. Every morning saw coffee and breakfast on the Lanai, watching the golfers. Happy hours were enjoyed on the Lanai in the late afternoons also. Being on the top floor, we were able to keep the sliding patio door to the Lanai open for fresh air circulating through the unit continuously. We used the air conditioner as the suite was always cool and comfortable. Within walking distance to facilities like the King’s and Queen’s shops, the Waikoloa restaurants and bars, and the facilities of the nearby Marriott and Hilton, the condo is in a great location. In the Villa development, the unit is away from the main road and faces a quiet golf course resulting in absolutely no noise to be heard. The grounds of the Villas are immaculate, with the pool and hot tub a 30 second walk from the door of the unit. The electronic security gate entering the compound provides security. A garage contains all the needs for a day at the beach: beach chairs, umbrella, beach mats, boogey boards and inflatable toys. The condo is stocked with beach towels, as well 3 different sized picnic coolers. A dedicated parking spot is very close and convenient. Summing it all up, I would say that Jeff and Patti’s condo vastly exceeded our expectations, and we were very impressed with our whole VRBO experience. It was a pleasure dealing with Jeff and Patti. We were blown away with our experience and happy with our decision to rent this unit. We now know exactly where we will stay when we return to the big island!

This is our second stay at WBV. We like WBV for having BBQs on the lanais and having shopping and restaurants right across the street. Previously we had stayed in another #32 unit on the opposite side of the property. We like the #32 units for the top floor location, view towards the sunset and protection from the tradewinds. This building was far enough from the Fairway Villas road that we did not experience any problems with noise from it. The only noise problem we experienced was from the groundskeeper equipment but this is to be expected since the unit backs up to a golf course. Although this is an excellent unit, we were a bit disappointed with the lack of supplies. There was no bar soap when we arrived so we had to immediately buy that. We also ran out of toilet paper early in our stay. There was no laundry detergent available but the owners did warn us about that so we brought our own from home. The previous unit we stayed in was better supplied so this is the reason for the one star downgrade.

A friend and I arrived for a week of relaxation, and we couldn't have asked for a lovlier, more relaxing spot. Jeffrey and Patti have equipped this condo with just about everything you need, and combined with the lovely setting and proximity to shops and the beach, the vacation was wonderful. I will definitely recommend this condo to family and friends. Mahalo.

This unit is absolutely wonderful! We stayed here with our family of 6 in February 2012. It is very clean, spacious, luxurious and has all the things you need for a week of fun in Hawaii. I especially appreciate the extras like having boogie boards, beach chairs, a cooler and an umbrella as well as lots of beach towels. It even has an iPod dock to the stereo. The location is superb. The complex is located within easy walking distance to Queens (a great market and other shops) and Kings (lots of high-end) shops, it is beautifully landscaped and meticulously maintained. Within the complex the unit is in a good location close to the pool and overlooking the golf course. The lanai is a real oasis. Also, the owners made this transaction very easy and smooth. We loved everything about it and we can highly recommend this unit.

We have just enjoyed three weeks at Jeffrey & Patti's beautiful Kona home away from home. We found them extremely efficient and accomodating when it came to setting up the rental of their unit. We have travelled to Hawaii every year for the last fifteen years and frequently prior to that. Without a doubt, this was the nicest condo we have stayed in. It's location in the complex is excellent, right across from the pool, a short distance to the entrance gate for access to the Queens Shopping Mall and about a ten minute walk to the beach. Viewing the golfers at the third green from the lanai, with a built in BBQ was perfect. After a big shop at Costco on the first day, and subsequent top up of fresh produce etc., we were able to enjoy all of our meals in the condo. The condo was very clean and the kitchen was well supplied with exellent quality utensils and everything you would have in your own home. There were no surprises, everything was as described and even better. We would recommend this condo as it was very comfortable and soon felt like home. There were a lot of turtles sleeping on the beach which was unique to see and while we were at Hapuna, the whales put on a spectacular show. There are many hikes to beaches not far from the condo, and just walking around the resort area provided many hours of interest and exercise!

My husband and I spent our long overdue honeymoon at Jeff and Patty's vacation penthouse. The decor and artwork is very elegant and tasteful. The place is very clean and it was nice coming "home" to the condo instead of heading to a small hotel room. Even though we were close to beautiful beachside resorts, it was nice just walking around the resorts and then coming home. We like to splurge on fancy resort restaurants but it's nice to have simple healthy breakfasts at home. That is why this place is great. It's right across from Queens shopping ctr and we loved the Starbucks and the food court for a quick Hawaiian plate lunch. And since we did day trips to Kona, Kailua, Hawi, Kilo...it was nice just driving right into the 1st complex at WBR. One suggestion is to have a fold up shopping cart in the garage for those of us that filled up at Costco. That would be really nice for the seniors. Thanks again Jeff. You were wonderful And easy to work with.

Writing this review on our last night in this property. Everything described int he dedtails was accurate. Property owner was very helpful and condiderant in planning the holiday. Everything you need is in walking distance. Family had a great time. Suggest loading up at Costco with requirements for meals as Lanai and BBQ was used every night, no line ups for food and meals on your schedule. I would not hesitate to recommend this property and don't doubt that we will be staying here again. Lots of fresh produce at local markets to supplement the Costco run.

My family stayed 10 days in this great condo and it was even nicer than the pictures showed. Every night we had a beautiful sunset from our lanai, overlooking the golf course lake. The location was perfect for all our adventures on the island; going to different beaches, driving down to Kona or going across the island to visit the volcano area. It was also very convenient to walk to the Queen and King shops. Thanks to Jeff and Patti for sharing this fabulous place!

This was our 25th trip to the islands and we could not have had a better place to stay. This condo proved to be very much above the rest. It is not only new but clean, quite, and very very well stocked with everything you could possibly imagine. The lani is private and spacious with a great view. Having your own grill was a plus as well. Everything is so convenient with the King and Queen Shops so close. The owners are fabulous to work with and we thank them for letting us enjoy their home away from home. Our friends definitely gave this one a big thumbs up as well, and we look forward to coming back next year. This is truly a keeper on our list....

This penthouse villa at the Waikoloa Beach Villas is a a jewel with its panoramic view and privacy on the top floor. Every amenity imaginable is provided with the added plus of a large bbq on the deck. We have stayed at four different complexes in the Waikoloa Resort and this one was the most convenient of them all with its close proximity to the King's Shops and the new Queen's Shops just across the street. There is nothing to disappoint in the rental of this lovely condominium.

If you are looking to stay in an absolutely beautiful, quiet new villa in Waikoloa overlooking the 8th green of the Beach golf course and Kings Lake, your search is over. This villa provided my wife and I with full amenities; from the outdoor barbeque on the large lanai, the great pool and spa, to the coolers, boogie boards and beach chairs provided for us to use on our many trips to the local beaches. We loved staying here, we can't wait to come back and highly recommend it.

We spent 8 days here in August. A great condo with all of the amenities. It is located right next to the pool which our kids loved. There is a fascinating petroglyph field along the King's Trail about 50 yards from the condo. Excellent snorkeling in A-bay with turtles everywhere. This is also a convenient location across from the Queen's market shops. The owner's were very accommodating and arranged an extra night stay at the last minute. Overall a great condo at a very affordable price.

We've stayed in Waikoloa many times before and this is defintely one of the nicer condos we've rented. The view of the mountains, golf course and lake is fantastic and with the grill located on the lanai it's the perfect place to hang out. The accomodations are above average and the decor and detail surpass many other places we've rented. I would recommend this condo to anyone lucky enough to be visiting the Big Island.
