Kitchen - Boulder Vacation Rental The Carriage House Well appointed modern downtown cottage within a one block walk to downtown Boulder and its wonderful array of restaurants, outdoor cafes, brew pubs, fun shops and entertainment. Originally built in 1898 as a carriage house, the property was completely renovated a few years ago and offers a private retreat in the heart of Boulder. Downstairs enjoy a custom designed modern kitchen with a comfortable dining area and entertainment/living room. The kitchen opens onto a private patio & garden area. A spiral staircase leads upstairs where the master bedroom has a king bed, executive desk and sitting area. A smaller second bedroom has a queen bed and small loft, which can be made available as extra sleeping space for the adventurous at heart. Walk everywhere, hop on Boulder's extensive bicycle path network for a run or ride around town, or walk 3 blocks to the bus station for convenient service to Denver, CU or around town.
