Palm Villas II is a delightful place to stay. There are seven pools, and Jacuzzi, bbq, mini putting greens, walking, hiking, and incredible mountain views. A few miles from downtown. Quiet location with beautiful landscaping, lots of open parking. A very lovely complex to spend your vacation. You feel as if you are in an expensive resort.
The condo is appointed with nice linens, kitchen ware and lots of extras. An extra comfy sofa and chair compliment the living room and a funky Hollywood Style dining table with extra chairs for your guests.
Our condo is like home away from home. The owner is a chef and will even help you with catering. Great restaurants in the area. A Thursday night street fair to enjoy. Just seven miles from I-10 and don't forget all the casinos for those who like to play with their money. April and November the McCormick car auction, and don't forget the Follies. Every weekend is a party in Palm Springs.
Just bring your toothbrush and shampoo...everything else is included. If you coming for an extended stay...you will need to shop for your personal cooking items. Albertsons and Stater Brothers are located 3 miles away on Sunrise. There is a great deli/liquor store on Palm Canyon that you can walk to. They have take out food, great wine selection and munchies...Larrys Liquor

I have owned this condo for nearly 10 years and enjoy our vast variety of guests from all over the world. They come as a guest and leave as a friend. Its always fun to do a Welcome Dinner and then a Farewell Dinner. Most often they book before they leave.
Why the Owner Chose Palm Springs Villas II
It is a beautiful location tucked near the San Jacinto Mountains. The views are spectacular and the colors change almost hourly. Close to hiking and not to far from downtown. The complex is well maintained with its meriads of pools, beautiful green belts and resort style plants and flowers. The private gated entrance is a bonus.
