Our little cottage is located in Arch Cape, a quiet, residential beach community four miles South of Cannon Beach. It has great ocean views and is only one block to beach access. The cottage is approximately 800 square feet plus a spacious, wrap-around outdoor deck. We completely renovated the cottage in 2006; the renovations include new flooring and paint, a new bathroom, new kitchen appliances and countertops, new furniture, and new mattresses.
The cottage has two bedrooms with queen-sized beds and down comforters, and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living area. The kitchen, while small, is fully stocked with cooking utensils and dishes, and has all new appliances. The dining table can seat up to six people. The living area has a wood-burning fireplace (we supply the firewood), CD stereo system with an iPod hookup, and flat screen television and DVD player. We have stocked our home with dozens of books, board games, playing cards, and a wide selection of DVDs for guests to enjoy. There is patio furniture, including Adirondack chairs and a gas barbeque grill, on the deck. We also have a washer and dryer for guests' use. Our cottage is located just two blocks from the Arch Cape Deli, which offers a well-stocked grocery plus excellent pastries and deli items.

Rate Details (In US Dollars)
SUMMER: Jun 1-Sep 2 - $160/night (5 night minimum stay July/Aug; 3 night min. stay
June. Shorter periods may be available, please inquire.) FALL: Sep 3-Oct 31 -
$140/night (2 night minimum). WINTER/SPRING: Nov 1-May 31 $120/night (2 night
minimum). Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's, Easter, Memorial Day:
$160/night (3 night minimum). We accept checks or credit cards through Paypal.
One night's room rate is due at time of booking. Final payment plus
8% county/state room tax is due at least 14 days prior to arrival. A $100
cleaning fee and refundable $200 security deposit are required with final payment.

Thank you so much for letting us experience the Oregon coast. We thoroughly enjoyed staying at the beach house here in Arch Cape. We really gained some fond memories that we will cherish forever. The kids enjoyed building sand castles, body surfing in the waves, building beach fires and scouring the coast for treasures. We had a fabulous week here... This is an absolutely beautiful place. The beach house is the cutest little thing. I loved the décor and coziness.

I kept wanting to write and say thank you very much for letting us use your charming house and never got around to doing it! I am taking this chance to say that we had a great time, everything was perfect for our family, especially for my baby who loved... I don't know what first: the kite, the porch, the glass door (I can say this is where he first officially run... to get outside), the toys, the sand. In short, we truly felt at home, and are looking forward to come back. I have also recommended the house to the many friends we have who have small children. Thanks again for the house! Cheers
