In the quiet North End is where you'll find this second floor classic Olde Ocean City cottage. Just a half block from the First Street Beach. That's where the lifeguard station is located with restrooms. That is also the start of the boardwalk and where Brown's is (homemade donuts). From there it is just a short stroll to the rides and all the fun.
The property has three bedrooms, two have double beds and the kids room has a set of bunk beds and a twin. The kitchen is modern and fully stocked for a family. There is a laundry room with a rear exit to the outdoor shower and barbeque. New central air, and a people friendly front porch make sure you have nothing to do but relax and enjoy your vacation. A classic with all the modern amenities you want in a shore house today.
The 1st floor is also available. There are 2 bedrooms and a bath
in the same footprint as the 2nd floor, So they're more spacious.

This property was everything it said in its description. It was well kept and clean. The bedrooms were a nice size as well as the bathroom. I will definitely stay again. The owner is also a very nice guy and is very accommodating. There is a store on the corner that sells sandwiches, drinks, lunchmeat and lots of other necessities and there are a few restaurants in walking distance. The porch was really nice to sit out on in the early morning or late evening. It's also on a quiet street. I would definitely recommend this home for a vacation.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+.

This property is perfect for a week at the shore. All the amenities you need. Property was clean and well kept. The kitchen was stocked with with everything needed. The owner was very accommodating and easy to work with. My family really enjoyed being so close to the beach and boards. There's a corner store and a great little seafood restaurant at the bottom of the street on Atlantic and of course I can't forget Brown's donuts at the top of the street...Yummmm!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, pet owners, families with teenagers.

This is a tired, shabby rental that is just plain dirty. We've spent the first couple of days cleaning and yet no elbow grease can help overcome the feeling of filth. The owner (Lynn) was a nice gentleman on the phone who assured us of a clean unit with 2 off-street parking spaces. There is no off-street parking and although there is some newer bedroom furniture, the couch and living room chair are so old and dirty, we won't even sit in them. Several kitchen chairs are so coated with greasy build-up that if you lean back on them, you'll stick to the chair. The place needs paint everywhere and could be nice enough if the owner cared ... I suspect he doesn't and doubt he ever gets repeat tenants. A real shame! We rented for 2 weeks and are looking to get out early and feel we deserve a refund, but doubt this owner would even refund us for the cleaning supplies we had to buy.Did you find this review helpful?
