This is perhaps the nicest ocean view home available in Huntington Beach, California. The two year old 3300 square foot home lays steps from the sand in the gated community of the Waterfront. This home is sure to delight its occupants with every convenience and amenity one could desire from central heat and air to a sound system that plays music throughout the home.
Purchased new, I have put extensive upgrades in and had the same custom painter who has done many celebrity homes give it his beautiful touch. This home is directly across from the Hyatt and Hilton Resorts and enjoys it's own community pool, spa and BBQ area.
Downstairs one will find a formal living area with fireplace and powder room (not to mention the Indiana Jones Pinball Machine.) Continuing through the home one finds the formal dining room. This area looks out onto the courtyard where there is a private in-ground custom flagstone Jacuzzi hot tub with waterfall.
The stainless steel BBQ remains available next to the eating/lounging area with teakwood patio furniture. Walking past the dining room one finds a spacious great room replete with breakfast nook and a gourmet chef's kitchen. One also finds the pool table as pictured.
Many great memories have been made here playing pool with friends while the ceiling fans spin and the French doors to the courtyard allow the ocean breeze to stir, then hopping into the hot tub; good days. The kitchen includes all built in appliances so cooking is a pleasure.
The home includes three bedrooms upstairs, each with their own bathroom. Both the laundry room with wash basin and the loft are upstairs as well. The Loft has a sixty-five inch plasma screen TV with over eighty DVD's to choose from, a playstation, and about 200 CD's to choose from as well. The deluxe master suite includes a large walk-in closet, dressing area, a Jacuzzi tub and his and her sinks.
There is a balcony and a sitting area in the master suite with a cathedral ceiling that has been custom painted to look like the sky with clouds passing by as one rests.
Minutes to Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farm, two waterparks and three golf courses. Walking distance to the New Hyatt and Hilton Resorts, Downtown Shops and Restaurants with both community pool and the private hot tub this home is sure to make your vacation a delight and make your memories last forever.
