Photo 1 - Huntington Beach Vacation House This is perhaps the nicest ocean view home available in Huntington Beach, California. The two year old 3300 square foot home lays steps from the sand in the gated community of the Waterfront. This home is sure to delight its occupants with every convenience and amenity one could desire from central heat and air to a sound system that plays music throughout the home. Purchased new, I have put extensive upgrades in and had the same custom painter who has done many celebrity homes give it his beautiful touch. This home is directly across from the Hyatt and Hilton Resorts and enjoys it's own community pool, spa and BBQ area. Downstairs one will find a formal living area with fireplace and powder room (not to mention the Indiana Jones Pinball Machine.) Continuing through the home one finds the formal dining room. There is a balcony and a sitting area in the master suite with a cathedral ceiling that has been custom painted to look like the sky with clouds passing by as one rests. Minutes to Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farm, two waterparks and three golf courses. Walking distance to the New Hyatt and Hilton Resorts, Downtown Shops and Restaurants with both community pool and the private hot tub this home is sure to make your vacation a delight and make your memories last forever.
