This new beach house has 3 queen bedrooms, 2 full baths, and completely furnished kitchen. Queen beds in each of the bedrooms with a queen pull out sleeper sofa in the living room. Each bedroom has a wall mounted TV with cable.

Both baths have full tubs, with an additional outdoor private shower below. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to make your stay perfect. Full size refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, disposal, this kitchen also has numerous small appliances (crock pot, ice cream maker, waffle iron, mixer, blender, coffee maker, toaster, etc.) for your use as well as an outdoor grill on the bottom level. You only need to bring linens, towels and paper products.

The large porch has both shade and sun. This unit is both exposed for sunbathing and covered for your protection. There are two rockers and a patio set with six chairs. Below, a sitting area with a picnic table, swing, grill and a private outside shower facility compliments the covered parking area.

*20 minutes from Murrell's Inlet.

You will need to provide your linens (sheets, towels, etc.), bath soaps, detergents and paper products. Please note that Ocean Lakes is a family-oriented, gated and patrolled community. All guests must abide by their rules and regulations. If you have not requested express check in, upon arrival, you will need to register your vehicle with the Ocean Lakes office and pay a $3/day parking pass fee directly to Ocean Lakes.

Our summer rates are $1800 per week, Saturday to Saturday during the peak season. You can clean for free (all cleaning supplies furnished) or have our people clean. Off season, we require a two-night stay. Nightly rates are posted on this site.

RENTAL AGREEMENT

Rental Agreement for ______ (house number) Ocean Lakes, Myrtle Beach, SC
This rental agreement is made on this _____ day of ______________, 20__ between Michael Kriegel, as owner agent, and _____________________________________________, as Renter(s).

1. Owner agent, agrees to rent to the Renter(s) the premises located at 1701 Ocean Lakes, Myrtle Beach, SC for the term of ______nights.
Rental Dates: ________________________ Check in 3p.m.
Check out 10 a.m. (If you have opted to clean the house, check out is at noon.)

The rental rate for this period will be: $_____________.

We accept Master Card or Visa only for payment. (Please do not use debit cards, as most banks will refuse transactions over the internet exceed $600.) Renter agrees to pay agent the sum of $500.00 security/damage deposit at time of reservation. Renter agrees to pay all damages incurred to residence upon receipt of damage notification - sign below. Balance of rent is required by credit card 30 days prior to date of occupancy. The cleaning fee will be charged to your Master Card or Visa account if you choose to use that service. If you don't clean as agreed, you will be charged an additional $200 to your credit card.

2. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. If you are found to have pets on the property, you will be asked to leave the premises immediately and will forfeit your payment and deposit.

3. The premises shall be used for residential purposes only and Renter(s) shall peacefully and quietly occupy the same and shall not interfere with the rights of other Renters(s) or neighbors. Renter(s) shall permit no activities on the premises, which are contrary to any law, ordinance and/or any applicable health and/or fire department or insurance policy provisions. The Renter(s) shall not park or drive vehicles in an area that will obstruct any adjoining drive. (We have room for 2-3 regular-sized vehicles.)

4. The Renter(s) shall leave said premises in a clean and sanitary condition upon departure.

5. The Renter(s) agrees to comply with the list of Rules and Regulations for occupancy received at the time of signing rental agreement and also posted in premises.

6. Cancellation Policy: The required deposit will be refunded in full if we are notified of cancellation sixty days (60) prior to Renter(s) scheduled arrival date. Should Renter(s) cancel within sixty days, Owner or Owners' agent will try to fill the canceled rental period. If rental period can be filled, the deposit will be returned to Renter(s) less $50. There will be no refund given after a tenant takes occupancy unless evacuation is required by Horry County due to hurricane. In this case, refunds will be prorated. From March until September, Thanksgiving week and Christmas season, our cancellation policy is strictly enforced. At other times of year, not so much.

7. Renter(s) agree to report promptly to Owner or Owners' agent any mechanical, electrical, and plumbing or other problems with the premises.

8. Owners' agent, or the owner of said premises is not responsible for injury to Renter(s), their family or guests, or to damage to their personal property incurred during their stay. Renters, their family and guests bear the risk of any injury.

9. This home is posted as No Smoking, please respect this and smoke only outside the home.

10. Renters must be at least 25 years of age. No exceptions. Ocean Lakes rule.
