We've just built another wonderful home at Ocean Lakes. This brand new beach house has three queen bedrooms, two full baths, and completely furnished kitchen. Queen beds in each of the three bedrooms with a queen pull out sleeper sofa in the living room. Each bedroom has a wall mounted TV with cable. This house will be just as fun and colorful as our other property at 5208 E. Sandlapper(vrbo #60444). The colors are Coral, Yellow and Key Lime Green.
This house is named Tequila Sunrise with the beautiful tropical colors. One room features a mural with pink flamingos. Another room features a tropical sunset mural, and fun fish will be swimming in the main bath. Lots of surprises everywhere! Both baths have full tubs, with an additional outdoor, completely private shower below. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to make your stay perfect. Containing a full size refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, disposal, this kitchen also has numerous small appliances (crock pot, ice cream maker, waffle iron, mixer, blender, coffee maker, toaster, etc.) for your use as well as an outdoor grill on the bottom level. You only need to bring linens, towels and paper products.
The living area is equipped with a queen sleeper sofa, loveseat with a built in entertainment center with a TV DVD/VCR. It has a fully equipped kitchen with tiled counter-tops and custom white cabinets and appliances. The house has hardwood floors throughout and ceramic tile in the baths. Nine foot ceilings, large crown moldings and chair railing adds an upscale touch.
The large porch has both shade and sun. This unit is both exposed for sunbathing and covered for your protection. There are two rockers and a patio set with six chairs. Below, a sitting area with a picnic table, swing, grill and a private outside shower facility compliments the covered parking area.

OCEAN LAKES Family Campground is located approximately four miles south of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, on Highway 17 and is the largest and most complete Oceanfront campground on the Eastern Seaboard.
With nearly a mile of privately owned beachfront, OCEAN LAKES has such features as 24 hour security, eight fresh water lakes, recreation center with supervised activities for children carpet golf, an Olympic-size swimming pool with two kiddie pools and a heated indoor pool, golf cart rentals, three snack bars and an arcade for your enjoyment. In addition, they offer convenient services such as a complete country store, several laundromats, and a beachfront observation deck.
Cleaning/Rules: Cleaning products are provided for you to clean at departure. Or, we have a cleaning service available for an additional charge ($150) if you prefer. Please let us know prior to arrival if you would like to have the cleaning service. We have to book this service in advance. If you choose to clean the home yourself and the unit has not been cleaned upon departure, you will be charged up to $200 on your Master Card or Visa.
Cancellation Policy: In season, cancellation policy strictly enforced. No refunds given on cancellations within 60 days of arrival unless our home can be rerented (less $50 administrative fee). Your balance due 30 days prior will still be charged to your credit card.
You will need to provide your linens (sheets, towels, etc.), bath soaps, detergents and paper products. Please note that Ocean Lakes is a family-oriented, gated and patrolled community. All guests must abide by their rules and regulations. If you have not requested express check in, upon arrival, you will need to register your vehicle with the Ocean Lakes office and pay a $3/day parking pass fee directly to Ocean Lakes. Our summer rates are $1700 per week, Saturday to Saturday during the peak season. You can clean for free (all cleaning supplies furnished) or have our people clean. Off season, we require a three-night stay. Nightly rates are posted on this site. |
