This airy condominium has soaring vaulted ceilings and is brightly furnished in tropical décor, designed to put you in "Island Mode". It is fully air conditioned. You will enjoy the new, well equipped kitchen, dining area, and a comfortable living room stocked with cable TV, VCR/DVD, stereo and a selection of books and games. The second bedroom is a large loft, and provides plenty of room for friends and family to spread out and relax. The MBR has a queen size bed, the upstairs loft is outfitted with one queen and two single beds.
The covered balcony is furnished for outdoor dining. You will enjoy sipping morning coffee while watching the pelicans dive into the turquoise waters of Cruz Bay. After a day at the beach, you can relax in the cool breeze and take in the beautiful unobstructed view of the harbor, the town and open ocean. At night, the balcony is a romantic spot for sharing evening cocktails and the twinkling lights of St. Thomas.
The complex has a sparkling pool with a surrounding deck that offers splendid views of the Caribbean. You will find a gas grill and deck furniture there for your use. Palm Breezes enjoys almost constant ocean breezes, and boasts water views in three directions. On island management service is included no additional cost.
A car is not essential for this location, as several beaches including Solomon, Honeymoon and Franks are within walking distance It is also a very easy walk into town.

Why the Owner Chose Cruz Bay
We wanted to be somewhere we would not be tied to a car--we do like to walk and from Palm Breezes it is an easy walk into town for dinner or just drinks at the Beach Bar. We also are mesmerized by the beautiful views, they melt away the stress of our NJ existence!
The Unique Benefits at this CondoBeing able to walk into town is a real plus. Also, if we decide to drive to a North Shore beach, and some want to head back earlier than others, the sun worshippers can stay as long as they like, as it is easy to catch a cab back into town and then walk home. We also love the beautiful pool and pool deck--the perfect place for an umbrella drink after returning home from the beach or to grill on a "cook in" night.
Gorgeous beaches reachable only by foot or water. A 30 minute walk from Palm Breezes along a pretty and easy trail.
The first in the string of beautiful North Shore beaches. Picnic pavilions, rest rooms and great snorkeling. Fifteen minutes from Palm Breezes.
A very short walk from our property, where you will find wonderful shops and restaurantd.

We are now empty nesters, a lawyer and a law professor, who very much enjoy get togethers with family and friends "on island". Our first trip to St. John was in 2002, we came back a year later with our two then teenage children, then purchased our property in 2004. We fell in love with the peace and beauty of St. John and knew we would always want to return.

The condo was great. It was centrally located near Cruz Bay as advertised. The beaches within walking distance, however, don't provide you with what St. John beaches offer. I recommend that you advise people to book a rental car in advance so that they can see the whole island. We were lucky and found a car available after going to 5 rental agencies.
Owner response:Yes! St. John has so many beautiful beaches and trails that having a car can be a real asset to taking full advantage of all the island has to offer. This was a wonderful rental. A great view and very clean and spacious for a family of four. It had all the essential ammenities. It is a short walk from town though the climb back is a pretty decent climb. It is convenient to to restaurnats, shops and adventures from Cruz bay area. We had a jeep to see the rest of the island which was really fun. We would absolutly return.

Our stay in Palm Breezes was fantastic. From the time of check-in to the day that we left, we couldn't have asked for better accommodations. The views of Cruz Bay from Palm Breezes are incredible. Shopping and restaurants are a short walk (or drive) into town. Everything we needed for our week-long stay was in your condo. Thanks for making our stay an incredible experience!

Spent the December holiday week 2011 in this condo. Everything is as described. The view is probably the best of any place we've ever stayed. Cruz Bay is a short walk down hill and has great restaurants and shops. Consider driving or a taxi to Starfish Market for groceries as the "back side" hills are extremely steep. We would definitely recommend this condo and St. John for a vacation destination. Spectacular beaches and very good snorkeling. Calypso and Bad Kitty are excellent options for day trips to BVI.

We recently spent a wonderful week in St John. The condo was fantastic. We watched the ferry come and go, listened to the sounds of Cruz Bay, dined on a lovely porch with an outstanding view of the harbor and adjoining islands. I think there were 4 clocks in the condo. After a power outage (very short) they were all different times and the cable TV went out. We didn't care and did not reset anything all week. We were a 15 minute drive from the north shore beaches, a 10 minute walk from outstanding restaurants and a 5 minute drive from a grocery store when we wanted to eat in and watch the sunset. The property is fantastic but you need to be able to climb stairs. If you want to walk into town you need to be able to climb a large hill. The advantage is you get to eat and sleep in one of the highest locations in Cruz Bay. Not a problem for us but take into consideration if you have trouble walking. Our highest recommendation and would love to stay there again. Owner was extremely helpful since we had not been to St. John before. Rental agency met us at the ferry dock and followed up with us several times during our stay. A++

Had the most wondeful time at Palm Breezes! The condo is so charming and has the best views in Cruz Bay. Sitting on the balcony in the morning, sipping coffee enjoying the scenery and the sail boats going in and out of the harbor is so beautiful and relaxing. Palm Breezes has everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. It's within walking distance to all the shopping and restaurants in Cruz Bay. It was absolutely the best vacation I ever had and I can't wait to go back.

Pat, We are back from St. John and I wanted to let you know that we really enjoyed your condo, Palm Breezes. It was just perfect for us three "girls". The view was gorgeous, the location was excellent, and we did use the pool. The walk up the hill at night gave us a chance to work off our dinner and drinks. We did rent a jeep from Spencer's and went all the way to Coral Bay, twice. Driving was quite an experience, but I got used to it quickly. Enjoyed Hawksnest Bay, Trunk Bay, Jumbie Bay and Cinnamon Bay beaches. It is truly a paradise there. Can't wait to go back again. It was great renting from you and I would recommend your place to others. Thank you for helping to make it a wonderful vacation

We called the owner of this wonderful condo on the very day we wanted to rent it and she was incredibly accommodating (we started out a few days before on a cruise and quickly decided it wasn't for us). We ended up staying 6 nights and enjoyed every single minute. The condo was clean, well-equipped (including large, high-quality beach towels - an absolute must for a pleasant beach day), and within walking distance of town. We were greeted at the ferry terminal by one of the property managers who was incredibly friendly and helped us get our bags up to the condo. The views are amazing and because it is at the top of a hill, there is a very pleasant breeze 24/7. I can't wait to go back!
