Decorated as a primary residence, the home is very comfortable for long stays. It's wired with a stereo system and has a flat screen tv in the living room and an additional 32" TV in the second floor loft (which has a sleeper sofa).
The master bedroom is located on the first floor with access to the screen porch. It has a king bed with views down the Folly River, private bath with jetted tub and separate shower, and walk in closet. The living area is open to the kitchen (stainless steel appliances/ gas oven) as well as the dining room. There is a separate laundry room. On the second floor, there is a loft with TV and internet access as well as two bedrooms. These bedrooms are finished with queen beds. There are two full baths on this floor. Each bedroom and the loft have incredible views.

Neily, Just wanted to thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. We figured that we may have been the first visitors since the renovations were completed....everything top notch what a treat! Such a peaceful area and the short walk to the beach was great. Met some really nice folks at the marina Lance and his dog Ringo were our welcoming committee! Would love to return someday.
