Why the Owner Chose Lake Forest Villas
Our villa is an end unit on a point surrounded by water on 2 sides. We love nature and have observed over 30 kinds of creatures and birds while sitting on our deck. Sea Pines is the best plantation on the island. A very important reason is the beach club and how beautiful the beach is there and the incredible ease in getting our family parked and onto the sand.
The Unique Benefits of this Villa
Bicycling to almost anywhere in the plantation. The closeness to restaurants, pool and tennis courts, shopping, and stables. Our favorite thing to do is go to the beach club at sunrise and walk and then at sunset ride our bikes right at the waters edge.

We were lucky to stay in this villa last week for Thanksgiving. We loved it! It is tastefully decorated, immaculate, had wonderful mattresses and a beautiful patio and gorgeous view. We really enjoyed seeing the alligators and all the wildlife. We rented bikes and rode all over. The location is great within Sea Pines. It was very easy to get everywhere. We had 2 adults and our 2 1/2 year old and were so very comfortable here. We had plenty of room and the villa has everything you can possibly need. My toddler asked to go to the Beach and to the Stables everyday! This was no problem as we just hopped on the bikes and off we went. This truly is one of the nicest villas we have stayed in and would love to return to it again soon. You will not be disappointed if you choose to stay here. The owner provides you with some great detailed information before you arrive that is very helpful. Thanks for everything. You have a lovely place!

This villa is absolutely spectacular. It was extremely clean, great view of the lagoon and it had all the amenities of home and more. I plan on booking this next year. Anyone booking this villa will not be disappointed!!!!!! P.S. My wife and I really liked the shower in the master bedroom :). It was very (impressive).

To start the owner is fabulous! My family and I were there from July 9-16, 2011. My bride and 3 kids loved this 2 bedroom villa with a large lagoon out back it's very nice. YES the alligators do approach your location so don't feed them or tease them its prohibited! Just look at them and enjoy nature, we did very much! We will be returning to this villa because it works for my family. It is spacious, clean, kid-friendly and conveniently located. We also rented bikes for the week and we road the bikes everywhere.

My husband & I booked this villa for a long weekend to celebrate our anniversary. It was way more than what we needed but the pictures online with the views of the lagoon convinced me that this was where we were staying. The villa was very clean, and equipped with all the extras that made us feel very comfortable during our stay. Sitting on the back porch looking at all the wildlife with the beautiful live oak and it's spanish moss was one of the highlights of our trip. Very peaceful! The owner sent us valuable information beforehand that helped us plan in advance for our trip so we were prepared and ready to see the sights when we arrived. Close to the beach, Harbour Town and wonderful restaurant just outside the guard gate. We would definitely recommend this villa to others!

We really enjoyed your villa. It was decorated beautifully. The shower was amazing! We liked the deck and the entertainment with the alligators and birds. We also took advantage of the grill. We had some great burgers! What a great vacation!!

Our vacation at your villa was exceptional again this year. We enjoyed the updated kitchen when preparing a meal with all the comforts of home but also visited our favorite restaurants that are located close enough to bike. The views off the patio were very relaxing watching the wildlife in the lagoon. Your location is perfect as it has access to beach, restaurants, and shopping when not playing tennis or swimming in the pool. We will schedule another visit soon.

The villa looked awesome. I especially loved the renovated kitchen and bathroom. The Master shower was absolutely fantastic. It was huge. We have a corner unit shower in our Master Bath at home. It gave me some thoughts about knocking ours out and doing something like that. Another project to add to my renovation list. The fishing is great, the view and environment is comforting. What more could we ask for. We really appreciate the hospitality and look forward to staying at this villa each year.

awsome, decorated well, beautifull scenery with nature view on back patio overlooking the lake. short ride to the beach by bike or car. there are outstanding restaurnats close by. very updated spacious villa. bike trails go for miles in Sea Pines and are so much fun!!!!
