Our adorable, Oceanside Village, beach house is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom 1,000 square foot home with hardwood floors throughout. A quick walk or golf cart ride to the beach and located across from Oceanside Village's outdoor pool, it has been completely remodeled and newly decorated with beach décor. For those that can't take a vacation from the computer, we have recently added wireless internet. You can always check your email from one of our favorite places - the screened front porch, which provides a great place for morning coffee or to enjoy the cool evening sea breeze.
Our beach house is exactly 1/2 mile to the Atlantic Ocean. Experience the fun of getting there in a golf cart. Our brand new golf cart seats 4, has seat belts for the kids, and has 2 headlights for night driving. We also have a new "stretch limo" golf cart available that seats 6. Also with lights and seat belts. Our rental fees are way below any of the cart rental businesses and their carts are not even half as nice.
We know we provide the best value for a vacation in Oceanside Village because we charge based on occupancy. This way a couple does not pay the same rate as a family of 5.
Our home sleeps up to 5 people, which is our maximum capacity. The master bedroom with private bathroom has a queen size bed. The second bedroom also has a queen size bed. We have converted our den/dining room to a bedroom which has a twin bed.
Because of being newly remodeled, this home is immaculate. If you do choose to stay in our home and you are a smoker, we ask that you not smoke in our home, only outside. We also ask that if you include your pet on your vacation, that you clean up after him or her, inside and outside. Pets are not allowed on the furniture in our home. Designated pet relief areas are provided throughout Oceanside Village.
The house is fully furnished and the kitchen is fully equipped. A new, stainless steel gas grill is also available upon request.
To ensure cleanliness for all of our guests, the home is cleaned between guests and for your comfort, you need to provide your own bedding, including pillows, blankets, sheets, comforters/bedspreads, and all bathroom towels (unless you choose to purchase a linen package - $95 for 2 people, $110 for 3, $130 for 4, $145 for 5). Paper products - toilet paper, tissue and paper towels are provided.
Beach gear rentals are also available for a reasonable weekly rate. For example, beach chairs are $6, umbrellas $15, medium coolers $10, and boogie boards are $10. We'll supply anything you need for your day at the shore at half the price of the local beach equipment rental agencies. Just let us know!
The minimum age to rent our beach house is 25 years of age or 21 years of age if a married couple. A $275 security deposit is required, returnable by mail upon your departure. If we find that the agreed upon paid occupancy has been exceeded, you will be evicted from the property and no money will be refunded.
Our home has parking for up to 3 vehicles with additional guest parking steps away.
If your are unfamiliar with what our community, Oceanside Village, has to offer, you can check it out on their online website. Our kids love the swimming pools and feeding the ducks at the various fishing ponds.
We know you'll love your stay at our oasis. We are eager to ensure that you and your family have a great vacation. The summer rental week begins Saturday at 4:00 PM and concludes 7 nights and 8 days later, on Saturday at 11:00 AM. Nightly rates are available Sept.thru May. Monthly winter rates are also available October thru April.
