    Had a fantastic time on Lake Logan Martin and at your home. There were only 3 of us but we spread out and it felt like home! The lake access from the dock was perfect and we spent many hours and the deck. Thank you - we will be back.

    Our family group of fisherman stayed at the property for the second year in a row and cuoldn't have had a better time. The home was everthing our group could ask for. We had plenty of room for our party of eight and three boats. The owner was great he checked in to see if we needed anything and was very helpful with any request that we had. The only thing we needed was more sunshine but i give our stay an A+ rating. We have already booked for next year.

    Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with teenagers, families with young children.

    We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - house is so roomy! Mosquitoes were awful!!! There's lots of brush for them to thrive in. Loved the peace and quiet and hope we did not disturb the neighbors with all our laughter. They did not appear to mind when we talked to them. House may need an exterminator as there were quite a few large cockroaches on the basement level. FYI. Thank you for providing us the opportunity to spend this with old friends.

    Your home was very adequate far as room. We had plenty of room and the layout of your home gives everyone privacy. We enjoyed having Bible study on the deck, as we looked out over the lake and other creations that God has made. We wanted you to know when we pulled out the bed on the main level, it appeared to have a rat nest (not sure). There was cotton matting and rat pills under the sofa, and we vacuumed it up. You might want to add some extra wash clothes and maybe a good "overall" cleaning. Thank you for sharing your home with us and for being a gracious host. Note from Owner: We had repeat guests stay over Labor Day weekend and they reported no issues.

    Just checking in - everything looks great. Boat parked down below. What a hike up those stairs! (Pant, pant, gasp:-) Oh well I need the exercise! Azaleas are beautiful - perfect time of year to be here. House is so comfortable - big enough for our whole family and frieds! Sunrises on the lake were beautiful as were the many bird songs.

    Mr & Mrs Werginz, Thank you for sharing your beautiful spacious home. This was the first time this family (Mom & Dad and 5 siblings) has spent the nite together under the same roof in 40 years. GREAT TIME!!! Pool, Jet Ski, Boat Riding, Grilling, Corn hole game, Wahoo game, Wifi facebooking, LSU game and greyhound dog races. We will be back again!     Joel, We came in from South Alabama for our son's wedding. We had a great time. The house was the right size and setting. Thanks Pam Dawkins P.S. The house could use a good cleaning and some maintenance work. PSS If we could have found a garbage can outside we would have used it! Owners Comment: The guests are supposed to take the trash with them upon departure. We are going to try a trash service but they come on Friday's only.

    Five Mississippi State graduates gathered here for the annual girls' weekend. We thoroughly enjoyed the house, the view, and the lake. We went out on the boat a couple of times ~ hot sun, but the water temperature was perfect. We cooked on the green egg, ate great food, and laughed hysterically at least a few times. Thanks for providing the perfect place for us to catch up and enjoy each other's company.

    Hey Joel, What a great time. My whole family was here. All I can say is cousin love fest! Some from Calif. We tubed til the kids bodies ached then skied then fished. Great house for a lot of kids to run and play. TRUE STORY. Smallest grandson 3 yrs last week got his first Zebco rod and caught at least 14 brim off the dock.

    Our brothers and sisters and their husbands and wives had a great time. We enjoyed swimming, playing pool, cards, swimming in the lake, kayaking, watching tv and lots of good cooking and eating. Thank you for your hospitality!

    Dear Joel, We had a terrific time at your lake house! The weather was gorgeous & it was such a nice getaway from Texas! We saw a HUGE Alligator (Beaver actually). The fishing here was great, unfortunately, we didn't catch more than sticks, but it was still so much fun! Oh, we found this dog, his name was Buster, well thats what we called him. He loved us so if he hangs around the house, welcome him because he is so adorable! Don't fret, he stayed outside. Thanks again!! It was so fun! The Halbach's

    We had a fabulous Thanksgiving week with extended friends and family. We from Hilton Head SC, Birmingham AL, Atlanta GA, and Nashville TN. We had a divided house and Auburn prevailed - WAR EAGLE! Weather was perfect and the moon was almost full. We loved the porches and used them constantly. Played corn hole and pool all week. Thanks for sharing your wonderful home.

    A group of us from Charlotte, NC enjoyed our stay here! We were coming to Birmingham fo a wedding on Saturday night and were able to enjoy a vacation in the process. Loved being on the lake Saturday and spreading out in the house. Had a great visit! Thanks for letting us use your house!

    Fun times. Green Egg is a tad beat up but functional. Non stick skillet is wearing out. Other than that the house was perfect. P.S. Might want to take care of the wasp nest on the back of the garage.

    My sisters and their families had a great visit at your home. Some fished many hours, others walked the hlly terrain. The space allowed game time at the table in the dining room. We included a sister from Hobe Sound, FL, one from Panama City Beach - with adult daughter, son & son-in-law. A sister & husband just returned from the mission field in Ghana, Africa. Plenty of space if someone wanted to have quiet & read. The view was terrific! Hope to return in the future. Improvements - LR sofa needs to be replaced - Better Pillows - and Blankets (for those cool nights). Yard needs a good spring clean-up and trimming. House really needed a good days cleaning - light switches - etc. and some maintanence projects need to be done. Owner Comments: Thank you for the suggestions, we take comments seriously and hope to make your next stay that much better!
