Location: Durango, Southwest, Colorado, USA (1 1/2 miles north of Durango Mountain Resort)

Accommodations:  Condominium, 2 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 2 Baths (Sleeps 4-8)

We want you to enjoy our "home away from home". You will love the Durango area where there are so many activities to do and places to see. Our home is also ideal for relaxing in front of the fireplace (we provide the wood) and enjoying the amazing, unobstructed view of the mountains that are visible through almost every window. The view is definitely hard to beat.

The condo itself features tile and carpet flooring. It is newly painted throughout with new furnishings. The upstairs bedroom has a king-size bed and a full-size sleeper sofa with a TV connected to cable and a DVD player. The downstairs bedroom features twin beds with a TV not connected to cable but has a DVD player for those late night movies. The living room features a full-size sleeper sofa, a wet bar and a brand new flat screen TV with built in DVD player.

Make sure you take a ride on the Durango to Silverton Railroad (Rockwood Station only 10 minutes away) and visit historic downtown Durango to shop and enjoy the many great restaurants -we can tell you about those!

  • We had a very nice stay at your lovely condo. What views! We took a short walk in the morning on the trail next to the condo by the meadow. Incredible colors. We also went to Mesa Verde, which was spectacular. And we went to the pools at Trimble Spa, which was so fun for our children. The condo was clean and well supplied.

  • Our first visit to the area was in January and what a great location for a condo! You’re just minutes from town if you feel the need to shop or dine out. We were so impressed with the beauty of the area that we came back in July and were amazed at how Mother Nature had changed the surroundings. There’s so much to do and see that we found ourselves out of time well before we had to depart. If the Fall colors are anything like the postcards we’ve seen, you can’t miss coming here…anytime. The views from this condo are among the best!

  • We had such a great time here! We will be back. Loved the Sow's Ear, Ouray, and the train ride to Silverton! Also, don't miss the coffe shop/resturant here at Cascade Village! It's GREAT! We kinda like the "Weaver's Request" pizza.......:) Thanks for sharing your home away from home with us!

  • What a fabulous time we had in the Rumble's condo. It was clean, efficiently stocked with everything we needed, and so comfortable. Our only complaint was that we couldn't stay longer! We will absolutely go back--and bring friends/family with us!
