Guntersville is one of the most breathtaking and versatile resort areas in the South and one of the finest sport fishing lakes in America. Guntersville rests peacefully at the base of the majestic mountains of the Appalachian range. Travelers from all over the world marvel at the spectacular natural beauty and colorful panorama offered by 950 miles of winding shoreline and 69,000 acres of the sparkling, fun filled waters of Lake Guntersville. The beautiful lake offers excellent boating, fishing, skiing, and swimming. In addition to the fabulous water activities, we also offer wonderful golfing opportunities in the area (four great courses within 15 minutes).
Check with us for boat/jet ski rentals, fishing guide services and other local activities. There are three boat ramps within 1.5 miles of this lakehouse which will give you access to different areas of the lake if you choose to trailer your boat instead of use the boathouse. However, the house/boathouse are located on 'SIEBOLD CREEK'which is one of the best areas for fishing and watersports.

The house is awesome!! Very clean and well maintained. Located in a great area. The boat house was very roomy and spacious. Loved everything about our stay!! Would definitely rent again and recommend.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

Just wanted to let you guys know that we had a great time at the lake this weekend and the house was superb. We sat on the front porch and smoked cigars, grilled steaks on the back porch and watched football Saturday afternoon. The place had all the amenities of home, just like our place at the beach. How nice it is to only have to bring a suitcase and unpack and have a great weekend. Thanks so much for allowing us to stay and hope we can come back again soon. We stayed here for 4 days the week after Christmas (6)-grandparents, parents and 2 children. The accommodations were tops. So cozy yet lots of space to spread out. Loved having the lake at our back door, walking on the pier, exploring the area around us and eating catfish at the "Top of the River" restaurant. Love those Guntersville & Grant people! We will be back soon!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

Fall/Winter .... Sept 7-Feb 28 .. $950/week .. $175/night (2 night minimum). Spring/Summer .. Mar 01-Sept 6 .. $1170/week .. $195/night (3 night minimum). $125 Cleaning Fee Will Be Required. 9% Lodging Taxes Will Be Applied to All Rental Fees. Check in - 3 PM and Check Out - 10 AM. $300 Refundable security deposit required & $100 pet deposit if bringing a pet. 3 nt minimum on all Holiday rentals except Juy 4th which requires a 5 nt minimum.
