Manduel is a charming traditional village, located between Nîmes (Nimes) and Beaucaire, one hour from Marseille Airport, near Arles, Aigues-Mortes, Saint-Rémy, the Pont du Gard, the Camargue, and Grau-du-Roi.

The house is right in its center, close to the church, the village square (where the weekly market is held), the butcher shop and the bakery. This 200 year-old row house has been completely restored with exposed beam ceilings, tile and stone floors, as well as Mediterranean-style walls.

Cozy and charming, this home has approximately 1100 square feet on three floors. The kitchen is fully-equipped with these appliances: gas cooktop, refrigerator, conventional and microwave ovens, dishwasher, and washer/dryer. Pets are NOT allowed, No Smoking.
