This private and comfortable, pet friendly, garden suite is conveniently located near all Berkshire cultural hot spots, including Tanglewood, Jacob's Pillow, Shakespeare Theatre, Kripalu, and many hiking trail points along the Appalachian trail. It is designed for maximum comfort and privacy while providing conveniences of a bed and breakfast.

Guests may choose to relax in the privacy of their own suite, sunbathing on their garden patio and exploring nearby wooded trails- or they may engage in conversation with other vacationers in the common areas and participate in daily events, art workshops, and shared meals. The suite is suitable for a couple or small family. It has one large sitting room and small bedroom, with a variety of sleeping choices: double sleeper couch, single/twin bed and/or queen bed.

The sitting room has a fireplace, satellite tv, stereo system, and is adjacent to a kitchenette area and a game room with full-size pool table. Linens, towels, kitchenware, and use of games and art supplies (easels, pastels, paint brushes, etc) are provided free of charge. Pets are welcome with added security deposit and pet sitting is available while you are out for the day. Perfect location for artists, photographers, and nature enthusiasts.

Guests are within walking distance of the sandy town beach of Lake Garfield, and on the same road as a horse stable, historic museum, and pottery gallery. The charming historic town of Monterey is nearby and has a thriving and lively village center with a general store, church, library, town hall and post office overlooking the Konkapot River. The Berkshires are a favorite year-round vacation spot with four-star dining and entertainment events, plenty of wonderful shopping at nearby outlets, and charming New England towns at every turn.
