This cottage is located in a residential area which is very unique and quite nice. Many people walk along the elevated community road which runs along the shore and provides wonderful views. A private beach is located down the road within walking distance, and a second beach is 5 minutes by foot also. It is a one story home and is easy to locate.
The master bedroom is equipped with a full size bed and the second bedroom has two twin beds. The additional sleeping area is in the common living space overlooking the lake. The living room, dining room, and den overlook the lake and have great views of the islands.
The cottage is located in an upscale residential area. There are many activities which are located within 5 minutes. There are public ramps and state docks with boat access for the boaters and those who wish to fish. There are also charter services. This cottage is for rent on a longer summer season for a four month term however monthly during the summer months is possible; or year round only. It is not available for weekends or weeks at a time. We hope you can move in and enjoy the area for a longer term.

- Quaint cottage on the shore of Lake Erie overlooking the islands of Green Island, Rattlesnake Island, and Put-in Bay on South Bass Island. Beautiful sunsets are across the lake and can be viewed from the front porch. The panoramic view from the cottage is quite enjoyable.

- Not far from this location is the Miller Boat line which takes cars and people over to the islands. It has been a mainstay in the area for may years. Sightseeing over at South Bass Island is exciting given the International Memorial Monument called Perry's Monument from the victory of Lake Erie in the war of 1812. This monument rises over 300 feet and has an elevator which takes visitors to the top.

Excellent+++++ This property is a bit of heaven. A covered front porch looking westward into the sunsets, a quiet retreat. It is a throw-back to what a small home/cottage once was. I have lived in the Virgin Islands and the sunsets here are, by far, the best in comparison. Look no farther, this home is a gem. A walk to the ferry to Put-in-Bay is seven minutes. If you are a walker, walking within the grounds is a pleasue in itself. Do not pass this one up.
