LOCATION (easily reachable), LOCATION (convenient to visit historic Venice), LOCATION (perfect to relax after a busy day in the crowd of the center) and much more are the characteristics of this apartment for an unforgettable experience in the "real" Venice. You'll be the next one saying: "See you next year, or sooner if I can...."
By car to the apartment, by shuttle-boat (plus a five minute walk) from the airport, easily reachable by train.
The apartment is a few minutes away by water bus from St. Marks and a five minute-walk to the beach.
Lido, the golden island, is constantly connected with the historic center of Venice, day and night, by "vaporetti" (our water buses) the public motor boats.
The apartment is on the first floor of a villa built at the beginning of last century, the well kept garden that surrounds it, the view you have from the windows and the spacious furnished terrace, the furniture of the apartment, all this make for a really relaxing atmosphere... even if you are a few minutes away from the shopping center.
