Le Petit Charme (LPC) is a newly renovated (March 2007), fully-furnished, centrally-air conditioned, 85-square meter (915-square foot) luxury French stone cottage with interior courtyard and exterior garden. It includes a living room, dining room, and kitchen from which one can view the 12th century chateau that towers over the tiny Medieval village of Argens-Minervois. In addition, there is a master bedroom, shower, bathroom and dressing room suite that opens onto the private courtyard.

The cottage, located between the historic cities of Narbonne and Carcassone, is adjacent to flourishing vineyards spanning more than 100 hectres (250+ acres). A series of country roads and trails through the vines provide guests with serene walking, hiking, running and cycling routes. Le Lac des Aiguilles, a five-minute walk from LPC, also offers opportunities for fishing and picnicking. And for those who love water, the cottage is a five-minute walk to the historic Canal du Midi and a 30 minute drive to the beaches of the Midetteranean Sea.
