Bring only your suitcase and toothbrush; we will take care of the rest! We offer an immaculate, beautifully decorated, 2 bedroom, 2 bath villa with all of the amenities you would expect with a vacation home. You see, unlike corporate protocol, we will greet you personally and ensure your comfort and needs during your stay because we live close by in the community. As locals, we can answer questions and make suggestions on where to go, what to see and do and how best to make your stay as comfortable as possible. There is a difference!
Main features of the master bedroom suite include a designer coordinated queen bed, computer table and padded chair, full bathroom with ceramic tile floor & walk-in shower, and a walk-in closet. The guest bedroom has two, designer/matching twin beds and the living room has a sofa ensemble with a concealed, pull-out queen size bed. You will have all the linens, towels and blankets you will need. Additionally, there is a washer and dryer set inside a concealed closet area with detergent, bleach, clothes iron, ironing board, etc. off the hallway inside your vacation villa when you need it.
For your enjoyment, there is an entertainment center in the living room with TV, DVD/CD player, and an amplified surround sound system. Additionally, we have left a modest selection of quality DVD movies at the villa. The villa has 3 televisions, all on cable.
The kitchen is, of course, fully equipped with everything you would need to prepare and serve snacks to complete gourmet meals for every day meals and entertaining.
Walk to one of two, beautifully landscaped, heated swimming pools and relax at day’s end.

- Gas/Electric BBQ Grill : This propane BBQ grill is a relatively new addition to the patio. It is there for your pleasure and convenience. We only ask that you clean it thoroughly before leaving should you decide to use it.
- Deck/Patio : Access the patio from either the kitchen or master bedroom suite. There is a wicker style table and 3 chairs for outdoor entertaining.

- If you're a golfer, you will have the option to purchase access to 18 hole, world class championship courses or try your luck at the putting green or driving range, check out the clubhouse with restaurant and pro shop. Additionally, you should know that Spring Lake Golf Resort runs specials on their golf packages. If you are not a golfer or a golfer looking for a diversion, there's other activities to consider. For example,if you're an early riser, you may want to join joggers or bicyclers on nearby Duane Palmer Blvd., a quiet, tree-lined thoroughfare bordering fine homes. Also, nearby Istokpoga Park, (7 minutes by car), offers a scenic, quiet retreat on a woodland trail or long pier jutting out into 5 by 10 mile Lake Istokpoga. Or rent a horse & explore nearby woodland trails. Highlands Hammock State Park on the West side of town offers an opportunity to experience the real Florida with it's many trails and elevated boardwalks through the swamp where you'll likely see wildlife.

Hello ..........
We are John and Lyudmila; we live in Sebring, Florida. John was born and raised in Boston, Massachusetts and has recently retired from teaching special education programs in Florida. Lyudmila was born and raised in the Soviet Union, now Russian Federation. She worked as a nurse for 10 years and subsequently as a therapeutic practitioner, (doctor), for 20 years. A few years ago she acquired her American citizenship & is now retired from medical practice.
We have been involved in international vacation home exchanges for many years and we very much enjoy meeting new people and experiencing/learning about new cultures, customs/traditions, history, and languages.
Why the Owner Chose Sebring
The villa we purchased is located in an up-end, country club setting and serves both as a long term investment and as a second home which we use for international, non simultaneous, home exchanges during the slow season. We purposely chose this location not only due to the close proximity of our home but also because of its position in a country club setting distant from the noise, crowds, and crime of metropolitan centres, a factor which we find increasingly desirable compared to other areas of Florida.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
We live in a home 1 1/2 miles from this unit and we don't generally stay at the villa but rather use it as a vacation retreat to offer international exchange partners who come here to enjoy our climate and the quiet, pastoral environment to help forget the "life in the fast lane." This sort of approach to vacations offers both us and our guests complimentary opportunities for a truly, laid back, (& native), outdoor experience with the benefits of a local, friendly community.

Thank you so much for the use of your Villa while we vacationed in Sebring this past holiday. The property was very clean and comfortable with plenty of room. We love this area, especially with all the golf courses in the near vicinity. We were grateful for your hospitality, providing us with breakfast items in the refrigerator was a Welcome surprise! Allowing us the use of the Villa for 2 weeks was perfect. So many places in this area require long stays...We will remember this Villa for future adventures and would recommend to anyone vacationing in the area.

All aspects of our stay were truly outstanding. The villa was in pristine condition, with many extras included, so we felt at home immediately. Our host, John, was both cordial and professional. We were seeking a peaceful and tranquil experience, and our expectations were thoroughly fulfilled. We are looking forward to returning!

We spent Jan-March, 2010 at the villa. It was a great location with a nice open view from the lanai. The pool was only steps away. The villa was clean and well equipped for our extended stay. John made us feel at home with his "welcoming" food and flowers on the table. All were very friendly in the villas. We had a great time and would definitely stay in this villa again.

We stayed at John's villa for a week in March and had a lovely time. The location was perfect - just 10 minutes away from Sebring raceway.The villa had all the facilities we needed and was very clean and comfortable. The owner attended to our every need and was very understanding when we arrived very late on our first night. He also thoughtfully provided food for our arrival and even brought us grapefruits from the tree in his garden! We would definitely stay there again if the opportunity arose.

For the first time at spending a month in Florida, my husband and I enjoyed the comfort of this lovely villa. It was quiet and relaxing. Every emenity you could envision was provided. Internet hook-up, surround sound, screened in porch, 3 separate tv's, dishwasher, microwave, full shower, full bath, and laundry facilities within our unit are but a few of the conveniences we enjoyed. The kitchen was fully equipped and we were greeted with fresh flowers and a bottle of wine on arrival. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this clean, nicely furnished home away from home.

We have stayed at Spring Lake several times in the past. This villa rates as one of the best we have stayed in. Location is excellent. Close to pool yet not right on main street. Acoomodation were very nice. Qwner is very open to suggestions and always trying to make improvements. Would reccommend it to anyone.
