Why the Owner Chose Quebec City
My first house belonged to my parents originally. It was their secondary home, away from the city but not too far. Being a typical traditional house in the the countryside, it was so unique that I wanted to keep it within the family.
I was wondering what I could do with it and the idea came that I could share the uniqueness of a more than 200 years old house with people coming from everywhere. And I live on that idea since then! In a radius of 30 minutes, you can fill a 1 or 2 week vacation easily.
The Unique Benefits at this Villa in the countryside
We are in a great location because we are only 30 minutes from Downtown Quebec City. We are next to a big ski resort in the winter time and next to 2 golf courses for the rest of the year. We are also at the beginng of a great region called Charlevoix where you can go whale-watching, among other activities.
City life, shopping and fine dining 30 minutes away and great outdoors next door!

I bought my first house at Mt Ste-Anne earlier than 1988, but I started to rent it on that year and kept adding to it since than. I now have more than one house available. At the beginning, this was a very part time activity. But it became more and more important and I am now full time on this.
To tell the thruth, this picture of myself was taken before I bought my first house... It was taken 2 days after I climbed the Kilimanjaro mountain, near Lake Nakuru... I chose it because I look younger on it...
