Bellmare Residences is a quaint and unique private complex located on the Caribbean Sea Inlet in Puerto Aventuras. It consists of two buildings with only four units per building and a secluded pool. The front of the residences has it's own private beach area with chaise loungers - great for sun-bathing. The inlet offers swimming, snorkeling, kayaking and more.
Located in Puerto Aventuras, one of the Mayan Riviera's most exclusive gated communities. Our unit is just a short walk into the heart of Puerto Aventuras where there is excellent restaurants, shopping and Discovery Dolphin, where you can swim with the dolphins or just sit and watch the dolphins, seals or manatees play.
Our brand new unit is professionally decorated in a tropical theme. The living room is spacious with three patio doors looking out to the Caribbean Sea Inlet in all directions. Through each patio door is a balcony. The shaded balcony has a table with chairs to enjoy meals and the breathtaking views, the second balcony overlooks the pool. The large master bedroom also looks out to the Caribbean Sea Inlet through patio doors that lead to a balcony equipped with a hammock for relaxing. It has a large closet and a full ensuite bathroom. The guest bedroom has 2 double beds with a large closet and is located next to the main bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with full size fridge, stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher.
The real gem of this unit is the private roof top terrace, complete with jacuzzi hot tub, chaise loungers, gas BBQ and large teak table with seating for 8. Here you can sunbathe in privacy in comfortable loungers during the day and enjoy a moonlit BBQ dinner at night. The terrace offers a 360 degree breathtaking view of the Caribbean Sea!
All linens such as bed linens, kitchen and bath towels as well as beach towels are provided. Additional maid service is available for an extra charge.

Restaurants, retail shops, fishing (on shore or deep-sea), snorkeling, sailing, scuba diving, dolphin interactions, parasailing, tennis, golf, marina, spa treatments, bars, car rental, church, museum, shopping, sightseeing tours, bicycle and jogging paths, and Mayan archaeology sites.
