This beautiful mountain home (featured in Flagstaff's August, 2009 issue of "Mountain Living Magazine) is nested in fifteen wooded acres that provide a scenic getaway from hectic city life. It is remote enough to give you the seclusion you desire, but located only minutes away from downtown Flagstaff. While up here, you will never run out of things to do. Whether you prefer shopping in historic downtown Flagstaff, golfing, hiking, skiing, fishing, biking, tennis, sightseeing in Sedona, the Grand Canyon or Painted Desert, there is an activity to fit every taste.
This is a "pet friendly" property, so bring your dog/s! If you like to ride, bring your horse/s. This property houses a new barn, equipped with everything you need to stable and care for your horses. We have secure small pastures for grazing. This area is rich in great riding areas, with lovely trails out the back door. You won't find better riding anywhere in town!
Many locals feel that August, September and October are the BEST months of the year. The weather, temperature and foilage are fabulous. By the first week of October, you can enjoy Flagstaff's and the San Francisco Peaks' legendary fall color. Oak Creek Canyon's fall splendor begins a feww weeks later, but lasts into November. AND don't forget the Coconino County Fair the last weekend of August.
Also, during the summer months, nearby Ft. Tuthill/Fairgrounds is in full swing with concerts, festivals, antique shows, beer-tastings and so on.

First night's fee is required to hold reservation, balance due on arrival.
