This is a popular destination for repeat guests wishing to escape the cold of winter. The bus stop and convenience store is located a block away. Kaiolu Sunrise recycles paper, glass and aluminum. Lockable bike and surfboard racks available through the building manager. Small dog under 25 lb allowed with permission.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Kaiolu Sunrise is 80% owner occupied. Mine is a quiet unit located on the seventh floor in the back side of the building. There is usually a cool breeze coming off of the mountain.
A half block away is the scenic tree line Ala Wai Canal. The paved walkway offers a round trip of 3 miles for walking or jogging.
This little store carries groceries, fresh fruits, vegetables and other necessary items.
This famous shopping center is 2.1 miles away. It has 290 International and local shops as well fine dining.
Kaiolu Sunrise is one block away and central to the main shopping and activities in Waikiki

Came back for a second stay and hope to return for a third. The condo is close to the bus, the beach, restaurants ... is completely stocked with dishes, appliances, towels, beach chairs/etc ... Felt safe, comfortable and at home.

Recommended for:Tourists without a car, sightseeing, age 55+.

My wife and I enjoyed two weeks at this delightful condo. The owner has the condo tastefully decorated and fully stocked with all amenities. It is conveniently located in the heart of Waikiki and has easy access to the beach, restaurants, shopping and more. We will definitely seek out this condo's availability during our next visit. Highly recommended, :-)

siamo stati in questo appartamento dal 2 al 23 agosto. eccellente la posizione e ben rifinito, buona la pulizia, connessione wireless funziona poco (bene invece attaccando il cavo). Manca solo la vista sull'oceano ma considerando il posto e' una pecca trascurabile. Torneremo!

We had a great time in Waikiki at this condo. It's really nicely set up, with lots of kitchen appliances, nice towels and comfy beds. We really liked the lanai for hanging out & reading in the evenings. It's close to the beach and shopping as well as right on the bus line.
