Historic Sherrills ford is where you’ll find this beautiful brick waterfront home set in a quiet shallow cove on Lake Norman with approximately 104 feet of waterfront, with private pier and picnic bench. Off street parking. approximately 15 minutes away for launching, Jet ski, and boat rentals. 1200 square foot finished heated basement with bar, table hockey, board games Den with Cable TV & (wireless)high speed Internet, Three seat sofa with two seat massager/recliner plus one massager/reclining chair
The house features a large deck on 1st floor over looking the cove with gas grill and plenty of seating, Master bedroom with Queen size bed and en-suite bathroom, second bedroom with twin beds. Bedroom three with full size bed, full family bathroom. Large fully equipped kitchen/dining room open to seating area with TV. This property is on city water.

5/22/08 - We've really enjoyed sitting on the deck watching the geece, ducks and watching the fish jumping! you have put a lot of thought into what is needed during a stay, I don't think you've missed anything! Thanks Lisa & Brett for providing a lovely place to stay! hopefully we will return next year, we ate at a few places while we were here and we really liked the "Boss Hog" close and convenient too! Thanks again!
