Sherrills Ford is where you’ll find this beautiful brick waterfront home set in a quiet cove on Lake Norman with approximately 104 feet of waterfront, with private pier and picnic bench. Off street parking. approximately 15 minutes away for jet ski rentals 5 mins for Potoon rentals. 1200 square foot finished heated/air conditioned basement with bar, table hockey, board games, Den with Cable TV & (wireless)high speed Internet, Three seat sofa with two seat massager/recliner plus one massager/reclining chair
The house features a large deck on 1st floor over looking the cove with gas grill and plenty of seating, Master bedroom with Queen size bed and en-suite bathroom, second bedroom with twin beds. Bedroom three with full size bed, full family bathroom. Large fully equipped kitchen/dining room open to seating area with TV. This property is on city water.

NOVEMBER - We found your home clean, comfortable and inviting. Our grandchildren really enjoyed playing in the basement, especially the hockey table.

SEPTEMBER - We enjoyed out Labor day weekend at your clean home. Very relaxing, we felt like we were living in a tree house. We went to the Whitewater Center and spent a day biking and rafting and zip line riding, it was great! Thank you for a great family get-together and get-away.

JULY - Rented a pontoon boat for 3 days and explored coves, sandbars. Enjoyed the very warm water, hiked at Jetton Park and swam at the beach. We visited Latte Plantation and went to Charlotte a very charming, clean and entertaining city! we were very comfortable and accommodated at your lovely place.

JUNE - Our family needed a get-away and this was just the place! we had fun playing games fishing and swimming, we had a great time feeding the ducks, we ate at the Penguin Drive in, in Charlotte - very good! Thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us.

APRIL - We have really enjoyed being here, the house is comfortable and clean, felt very much at home. Sure enjoyed the fishing, caught a monster Cat fish. Hope to come back again!
MARCH - We had a remarkable time! Our son gabe was born with no immune system and I was so relieved to find the home so clean and relaxing. It rained all week but we still played with the ducks, had coffee on the deck and marveled at the beautiful scenery. It was just the relaxing, restorative week we needed. We came to celebrate the wedding of our Granddaughter. The reception was on a boat on Lake Norman. We hired a pontoon and jet ski while here. Our mini vacation was enjoyable. Your clean and comfortable home was an added pleasure to our trip.

Our week at your Lake house was such a blessing for our family! We enjoyed playing board games outside on the deck, feeding the ducks from the dock, relaxing upstairs and watching the sunrise over the water. Thanks for sharing your quiet, comfortable and very clean home with us.
