This is the first good review I've ever written, so you know it must be nice :) My wife and I stayed here for six nights while in Denver and upon our departure we both agreed that we will give our opinion on this one. This place far exceeded our expectations. Everything is new and clean. The bed is comfortable, the shower is great (shower was better than ours at home). Wifi worked perfect. Nice Tv with lots of channels and a comfortable recliner love seat to relax in after a long day. It is very close to downtown and everything else (shopping, Starbucks, parks, etc). The neighborhood is quiet and safe, except for the occasional ambulance from the hospital next door, but that never bothered us. We spent time in the city of Denver and also traveled to Boulder (:30min) and Estes Park (1:30min) for day trips from here. This is the perfect home base for a couple who desire to see the Denver and surrounding areas. You could sleep one more, but any more than three would be cramped. Two is just right. Way better than a hotel room that would cost you double the price. The owner Jim was very kind and the directions to get in worked great. Jim, thanks for making our stay in Denver a pleasant one. We had a great time!

This cute little apartment was exactly as described. The living room couch was particularly nice to relax in after a long day of business meetings - both sides recline!!! The dedicated parking spot that comes with the rental was only steps from the front door - no hassel! The owner has provided everything to make your stay easy, nice big counter top in the bathroom, and everything is clearly brand spanking new as well as Mr. Clean clean. We'll definitely book this VRBO listing again when in town for business.

Perfect Holiday Base in Denver

My daughter and I stayed here for 10 days on our first visit to Denver and were delighted with the condo as soon as we walked through the door. The instructions given were excellent and we found everything without any trouble. The condo looks just like in the photographs - it is spotlessly clean and very well maintained. We were amazed by how much thought had been put into providing more than just essentials for guests, from the discount vouchers and maps to the cable tv and wireless broadband. The owner is extremely helpful in answering any questions or concerns, and went out of his way to provide everything we needed. The condo was ideally situated for sightseeing in the city as well as further afield, and was lovely to come back to after a long day. Highly recommended!

I stayed here for a month while working in Denver and it was great. Clean, wonderful kitchen, lots of closet space, and the hosts really have thought of everything one would need. Close enough to downtown for me to bike to work and also nearby City Park. I can definitely recommend this property for short and long stays in Denver!

My husband and I vacationed in Denver for a week in May 2011. We decided to rent a condo in lieu of a hotel to avoid the costly expense of eating every meal out. We loved Jim's condo! It was very clean and the building was very quiet. In fact, I think we only encountered about 3-4 residents the entire time we were there. It was a convenient location and I loved the fact that the parking space was so accessible to the building. The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed. The kitchen was supplied nicely, the internet was fast, the bed was comfortable and there was nice tv reception. We thought the location was great! We had Saturday brunch at a very nice restaurant around the corner from the condo on 17th Street. Seventeenth Street has many restaurants to choose from and they are a nice walk or a very short drive from the condo. Additionally we thought the price for the accommodations was very reasonable.

Great Condo - Great Location - Great Stay

We stayed in this condo for a week in April 2011. Excellently furnished. Everything you need for a more than comfortable stay. The kitchen is well equipped and newly refurbished with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and wood floors throught out. Surpised by how comfortable the murphy bed was. The bathroom is updated also. The condo is clean. Very nice area .. able to walk to eating establishments and coffee shop .. within a few blocks. The condo owner was great to work with, we had to contact him with a couple of questions during our stay. He also is very quick to respond to our e-mails and is very attentive so as to make your stay very pleasant. Only Negative: Upon entering the apartment building we were disappointed in the overall cleanliness and appearance of the carpets in the hallways.

I booked this condo for a long weeknd with my husband and it was PERFECT! So much better than staying at a hotel! It is clean and quiet which is two big things that I looked for. It has a full kitchen stocked with all the cooking gear so we just ran to the store and were able to have home cooked meals on some nights. Close to pretty much everywhere that we wanted to go! Great deal, we will stay again if we come back to town!
