We are located 1 mile from Pier Park for all the dining and shopping you desire. The new Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville and Back Porch Restaurants offer live music and top of the deck entertainment. Tootsie's Orchid Lounge is hot for county music fans. There are all types of shops including unique beach designs, local art and of course all the regulars.

The unit is professionally decorated and many extra personal touches were added for your enjoyment including cooler, candles, and beach toys. The kitchen is fully equipped with extras for the beach mood. The Beachfront View is Beautiful!

Our condo is the deluxe, 1 bedroom with 934 sq. ft. Our unit sleeps 6, 1 king bedroom, 2 bath with a bunk room and queen sleeper sofa. We have 3 children in our family and the condo is the perfect size. The family room is huge!

If you prefer a quiet night in, enjoy a cool drink by the pool or a dip in the hot tub or just sit on the balcony and listen to the ocean waves.

The Resort Staff plans daily activities for kids and families including Karaoke, Dive in Theatre, crafts, games etc.

Directly located on the Resorts Beach are parasailing, jet ski, and bananana boat rentals.

Everything you need is within walking distance!

  • The condo is beautiful! The views were breath taking! The Dickman's provide everything you need-beach toys, radio, linens, towels, etc... Having the beach service was a big plus! All in all it was a family friendly area with great resturants.

  • Stayed here over Spring Break with my wife and daughter. Cindy was wonderful to work with. The condo is the has great amenities with the best view in Panama City. The free beach service was one of our favorites. Furnishings very comfortable. We would defently rent from Cindy again wether here or her other properties....

  • The condo was nicely decorated. Every convenience was available. The view was gorgeous! The water dispenser in the frig was nice. It was great not having to bring rafts and a cooler. The beach chairs and umbrella were a nice benefit.

  • We just had a wonderful week at your condo. The view is breathtaking. I loved spending time on the patio if I was not out at the beach. We had our granchildren at the beach with us and they loved the large pool. We visited the new Pier Park with all the new shops and restaurants and it was great! We went to the Back Porch Restaurant in Pier Park several times while we were there. We will be back!!!
