Ko Olina is an amazing place for young families. Our dealings with Anita have been wonderful, she is friendly and accommodating. Her unit is ideal for families and the rental car included makes it an unbeatable deal. She picked us up at the airport with car seats in the van and dropped us off when we left, it made travelling with young children very easy. The complex surrondings are beautiful, immaculate, quiet and her unit was spacious and clean. The pool, hottub, bbq area are top notch. We loved our visit Ko Olina and will return.

Recommended for:Families with young children, sightseeing, age 55+.

Terrific property - perfect vacation rental

My family of four (including two teenagers) just spent several weeks in this property and had an outstanding experience. Anita and Les were terrific to work with from the initial inquiry all the way through the paperwork process, pickup and dropoff at the airport. We could not have been more please with this rental or working with them. The villa itself was very well equipped and had everything we needed for our stay. And I mean everything, there were beach mats, beach chairs, a cooler, you name it and it was there. I can't remember even once thinking, "oh I wish they had...." A run to the nearby Costco and Safeway for groceries and it was fully stocked. The 3 bedrooms all had their own tv and there was another in the family room. Lots of closet space, large dining table, fully equipped kitchen and washer/dryer made this a very comfortable place for us. There's a nice lanai off the living room that overlooks greenspace and was a great place to read or work. Wireless internet access was also included. The location, right near Marriott's JW Ihilani, is fabulous with 4 beautiful lagoons that was barely a mile away. The swimming pool that was literally a 2 minute walk away and we used it almost every day - it was never crowded and often felt like we had it to ourselves. There were also 3 bbq areas at the pool where you can grille and have your meal - the staff keeps the grilles well maintained and it was a nice spot to come and have a nice outdoor meal. Getting around the island was simple - Ko Olina is a reasonably easy drive into Oahu (except when there was traffic) or up to the North Shore. The car Anita and Les provided was a Chevy minivan that worked out really well. It had plenty of space for carting groceries and beach stuff around the island and worked out really well. I can not say enough good things about our experience with Anita and Les and this property. It was such a great alternative to the hotel experience we'd had on previous vacations to Oahu. I "looked" at a lot of properties online and am so thrilled that we were able to stay at this one. Right from the start Anita was incredibly responsive and terrific to work with. Once we got to the island, she made sure we got picked up at the airport right on schedule and settled into the villa. When we left, she and Les accommodated our schedule and gave us a last full day on the island and made our departure as simple and hassle free as possible.

Great Vacation Rental

I stayed at this property this past summer and would recommend it to anyone who was visiting Hawaii. The rental was equipped with every possible amenity that you could wish for while on vacation. I loved the property so much that I wished I could live there! I would recommend the property to anyone who is looking for a great vacation get away. Anita and her daughter were helpful every step of the way. I cannot say enough about this experience

We´ve been For two weeks in Anita´s 3 bedroom unit during january/february. Everything was really comfortable and in a great location. The house is really well prepared , it has 4 tvs, dishwasher, laundry ,coolers and seats for the beach,boogieboards, etc. Also cleaning and cosmetics products are provided. Ko Olina is tranquil and really beautiful, and the beaches inside are great!The JW Marriot has several restaurants and the vacation Club has a minimarket with fresh dishes. Having the car permited us to know almost all the beaches of the island and of course Waikiki´s night.

We recently stayed at this property and had a wonderful experience. We used to live on the Island, and Anita shows true Aloha hospitality. This property is a JEWELL! Very clean, a great deal, and in a beautiful setting. The pool area is the best, and the ocean is very close. I would highly recommend this property and owner. Have a Great Stay!! Aloha

My husband and I were very happy and impressed with the condo and the community. You have everything close by and it's very quiet so you really get some r&r. It's a brand new community so it's beautiful and clean! I would stay here again if we were to visit Oahu again.

We stayed here for a week in October. The rental was just as described in the ad. The pictures were also accurate but the unit and community is nicer in person. We toured the whole island and no resort area was nicer than Ko'Olina. The beaches are calm and very kid friendly. There was a restaurant on the beach at one of the lagoons and lots of golfing. The Kapolei area has enough local flavor (great affordable restaurants) with all the conveniences of the mainland. The area is very clean. To see other areas the included rental was a bargain. The rental was a van that accomodated our family of five and all of our coolers, swim/beach gear and shopping bags. It could actually seat seven. The owner was also very accomodating and friendly. We grilled at a very nice, constantly supervised and clean pool area. The unit had a large lanai for coffee in the mornings. We had a great vacation and I will rent this unit again on my next visit to Oahu if available.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautifully furnished condo. We loved the fact that it was close to the pool and a short drive from the Lagoons. There are plenty shops and restaurants in Kapolei which is only a 10 minute drive. Anita, the owner, made sure that everything was up to standard. She was extremely accomodating. We would definitely stay here again.
