This Light on the Lake Beachcomber apartment opens directly to some of the deepest beach, approximately 50 yards, in the entire Erie area. The apartment offers a spacious living room and a kitchen with plenty of dining area.
The deck overlooking the beach features its own dining table with deck chairs. The property includes a 30-foot high lighthouse. It is a modern construction but not functional.
Several charter fishing boat concessions are next door, at the North East Marina. The Caribbean-theme Crazy Parrot Restaurant is also next door, if no one wants to cook. One winery is less than a mile away and others are an easy drive. Very flat roads allow for easy bicycling.

$50 key deposit (cash or check) required on check-in
$100 Deposit is required within 10 days of reservation, no refund within 1 week.
$100 cleaning fee is due upon arrival and will be refunded if apartment is cleaned
per instructions. Refund is made after departure, following inspection of aptmt.
Rental Fee must be paid in advance by personal check or cash.
