Rain or shine, you can watch the waves from the comfort of the living room, master bedroom or balcony. Master bedroom with floor to ceiling windows has a breathtaking view of the ocean. Children's room with trundle bed, living room, and a full kitchen - enough room to feel at home.
I know you will appreciate being surrounded by newly painted walls, walking on lush carpet while you enjoy your stay here in Ocean City! Plus linens are provided. What better place to unwind and view ocean waves, than here?
The Golden Sands offers an oceanfront bar and grill, sun deck with lounge chairs, umbrellas, and tables, beach volleyball, tennis and paddle ball courts, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, game room, fitness center, shuffle board, mini market, and an ice cream shop!
Renters must be 25 years old at least to stay. Sorry no pets. Non-smoking unit. Weekly rentals run Saturday to Saturday.
Check or Money Orders Accepted By Mail. Owner's card provided as a convenience, no additional registration fee. 10% sales tax not included. Signed Rental Agreement and one-half of rental due at Time of Booking. |
