Cozy Homestead Resort Condo is an end-unit, ground-level, with walk-out private patio located in one of the most scenic places in Michigan! In the middle of the Sleeping Bear Sand Dune National Lakeshore Park.
Condo includes A/C, Queen bed, two easy-to-use kayaks (plus a NEW tandem kayak "for two"), two canoes, private gated parking, TV-VCR-Cable, small well-equipped kitchen with stove/oven, garbage disposal, toaster, micro, coffee pot, blender, basic condiments and more.
Condo is on a beautiful long sandy Lake Michigan beach and the pristine and shallow Crystal River. Float the shallow waters of the River or wade across the river to the beach. Or, use a foot-path bridge to the beach about 100' from the condo.
The condo is light and bright with a lovely peaceful water view. Condo is clean and very well-maintained. A cozy condo to enjoy! Conceriege and Babysitting Services Available!
Condo has easy "in-out" access to our private gated parking area.
