We wish WE were here, but we relocated for work reasons. Please help us keep our home on the lake so we can return one day! We welcome visitors to consider it their very own vacation home on beautiful Lake Oconee. Use it for a weekend getaway or a weeklong family vacation. Just use it and love it as we always have.
Features include: Private max dock and beach area, Screened in porch, and big views of lake across back of home. Open floor plan. Service for twelve (12) and linens for all beds. Master on Main with Queen Bed and Private Bath. Three bedrooms (1 Queen, 2 Double/Full, and 1 Twin) and full bath on the second level. A full sized pull out sofa is available as well. There is lots of space to spread out. Our large family visited often and everyone found a place to call their own and we didn't drive each other crazy!
This lake home is close to restaurants, marinas, a major grocery store, and more. We're pet friendly for a $10/day fee to put in our "wear and tear" fund. Please contact us for more information or photos. We will also consider long term renters. Thanks for stopping by!

June 01-August 15 .. $1800/week. Weekly only during this time.
Aug 15-Oct 31 .. $250/night .. $1500/week.
Rate Exceptions May Apply During the Weeks of Certain Holidays, Including:
Memorial Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving, and Masters Week.
Applicable tax for stays under 30 days.
$110 End of Stay Cleaning Fee.

Why the Owner Chose Other Lake Oconee Properties
We've lived in many different places and were trying to decide whether to buy in downtown Atlanta or on the water somewhere. Lake Oconee spoke to us immediately and we narrowed our search to Eatonton. The 50 minute commute to Conyers wasn't bad when we came home to this view! Summers were a blast, but we especially loved boating in the off season. Eatonton is a terrific town. We jumped into community service with both feet and look forward to continuing our work there someday. We knew this would always be our home base and decided to keep our home no matter where work takes us. We hope you will feel at home as we did.

We rented your house for the week of the 9th July and we had a fabulous time. The house and location are wonderful and we had a relaxing and fun week playing on the water. We had such a good time we were looking take another week before the kids go back to school. I would like to highly commend Joyce who looked after us exceptionally well and seems to be a very nice person.
