Hand crafted, cedar bedroom sets included sleeping area for very large families. Rates for up to 14 family members, $200/week surcharge for each additional weekly guest. $1000 deposit required to hold your reservation, 1/2 rent due 90 days prior to rental, remainder 30 days in advance.

We have started listing our Special Lake Home this April, 2007 as we are too young and busy running our businesses to enjoy our Lakehome full time. So we are opening up our home to families (property is zoned single family dwelling) for a week or more at a time. Previous renters have said this is by far the nicest MN Lake Home they have seen for rent. It is a huge home with 12 beds in bunks (4 queens, 1 double, 7 singles), 1 single king, 1 single queen, 2 'trundle' beds, and a queen sofa sleeper so 17 beds in all in the home (huge space for overnight guests). Rates apply for up to 14 family members per week; for larger families there will be a surcharge/person. This is a very quiet neighborhood with some retired neighbors here full time, so we do appreciate a respect for our Lake neighbors.
