Our newly furnished, ground floor end unit villa is bright and airy, with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. It is a quiet and very private retreat. With 1 king bed, 2 double beds, a queen and twin sofa sleepers, you will have plenty of room for everyone. The eat-in kitchen is fully equipped and recently updated with all new appliances and granite counter tops. The rooms are comfortable with 3 televisions, DVD, VCR, wireless internet, wet bar, board games, VCRs and books. The dining room seats 6, kitchen seats 4 or eat outside on the patio. New bamboo flooring has recently been installed. Towels and sheets are provided, just bring your own beach towels!
We are one of a very few villas located directly on the well stocked 5 acre lake, within the very private gates of Evian, which is located in the gated community of Shipyard Plantation.
Enjoy your morning coffee on the covered patio, while watching the beautiful Hilton Head wildlife all around you. From alligators, turtles, deer, to any number of beautiful birds, you will see them all.
Fish right outside the french doors that lead to the foot bridge. Directly across the foot bridge, you will find the newly refinish lighted tennis courts that are free for your use. Evian's newly refinished Pool House, Pool and Gazebo are also located here. All of this is within the exclusive gates of Evian on the Shipyard Plantation.
A short 15 minute walk, quick bike or car ride will bring you to the newly completed Shipyard Beach Club and Facilities. This is your direct private access to the wonderful beaches of Hilton Head Island.
Within Shipyard Plantation, you will find 3 nine hole golf courses, the Crowne Plaza Resort and the world famous Van Der Meer Tennis Resort. All have ongoing programs and facilities you may wish to enjoy. In addition, you can enjoy the beautifully landscaped grounds, complete with a seemingly endless crossing of bike paths.

Very nice and spacious villa with wonderful access to pool and tennis courts. I really loved the kitchen which was fully stocked, and I mean lots of silverware, dishes, etc. Thanks for that. Look forward to returing in springtime.
Owner response:Thanks so much for taking the time to give us a review. We try very hard to keep the place in perfect condition and "stocked" because we like to spend as much time there as possible. We also like to entertain family while we are there and need service for at least 12 and plenty of pots and pans --just in case we feel like cooking. Actually, the kids tease me --I cook more when we are there then when we are home because we hate to leave. Once we get there we want to spend as much time as possible on the porch, at the pool, playing tennis or at the beach - not wait in line at a restaurant. Hope you do get back in the spring and thanks again for the review!

We really enjoyed our stay.... the accommodations were top notch... we really enjoyed walking the grounds it was very peaceful and watching the turtles and all of the native birds of the area. The pool was a very nice place to sit and read a book and just enjoy the day. We enjoyed the walk to the beach and the sand and ocean was the nicest I have been to. We went to Sheltered Cove and kyacked with the dolphins... I recommend going on the 6:30 am trip. Less people, watch the sunrise, and the water is calm, so it was a really good experience... We went to Beaufort SC, and took the Horse Carriage Tour... We had Debbie and Buck the horse. They have done this for 5 years and do a very good job of telling the history of the area. Thank you so much, and we can't wait to come back, because we really never wanted to leave...

Spent 4 weeks here. Has everything right outside the door - fishing, biking, beautiful tennis courts, pool and short walk or drive to golf and beach. Villa is clean and comfortable. Kitchen has everything you need to entertain. Have stayed here before and will stay again!
